“WEBAR? ACE? INTERPROSE?
Pros
Exporting accounts into Excel is something I find incredibly convenient. The seamless process of transferring data from this software into Excel spreadsheets not only saves time but also enhances my workflow by providing a straightforward method to organize and analyze information. This feature allows me to efficiently manage and manipulate data, ensuring that I can easily track and monitor financial transactions, generate comprehensive reports, and make informed decisions based on accurate data analysis.
Cons
Performing certain actions involves too many steps. My team takes longer due to system sluggishness with accounts containing many bundles. I'm dissatisfied with inaccurate reports and slow service responses. I especially dislike being informed of extra charges for items or corrections when ACE created the report or jobs.

“When it is working it is great, when it doesn't it is a nightmare.

We've been using WebAR for four years now. Between years two and three, we noticed a decline in customer support. However, beginning this year, they've addressed this by hiring more staff, and the improvement is noticeable. Previously, I had to chase support for updates and questions, but this year has been a complete turnaround. Responses are now timely, informative, and helpful. I rate customer support a 3 due to past poor service on average, but if this trend continues, it could easily be a 5.

Is there a con? There's nothing negative about this system. If I had to stretch and find something I like least, it could be the setup time. However, if you're objective and serious about maximizing the system's benefits, setup time isn't a purchasing factor but a planning and development one. Investing time upfront in proper setup translates to daily time savings because the system handles tasks automatically.
