WEBAR? ACE? INTERPROSE?

Pros

Exporting accounts into Excel is something I find incredibly convenient. The seamless process of transferring data from this software into Excel spreadsheets not only saves time but also enhances my workflow by providing a straightforward method to organize and analyze information. This feature allows me to efficiently manage and manipulate data, ensuring that I can easily track and monitor financial transactions, generate comprehensive reports, and make informed decisions based on accurate data analysis.

Cons

Performing certain actions involves too many steps. My team takes longer due to system sluggishness with accounts containing many bundles. I'm dissatisfied with inaccurate reports and slow service responses. I especially dislike being informed of extra charges for items or corrections when ACE created the report or jobs.

Ace Collections Software

Pros

The ability to integrate with other vendors, automate tasks, and stay ahead in technology and applications is a standout feature.

Cons

There's a lack of usable examples and training for their analytics reporting tool. Constructing queries incorrectly, linking multiple tables, can be confusing without SQL knowledge and might lead to timeouts or errors.

This is a great software program for keeping track of all paid and unpaid items.

Pros

The program functions well and is continually improved. Customer service has been consistently great!

Cons

The program has a bit of a learning curve, and it's slow-going. I haven't mastered it yet, but I feel confident in the system and the assistance from customer service. It's a very helpful tool to work with.

When it is working it is great, when it doesn't it is a nightmare.

The automation feature, when operational, is highly beneficial.

Cons

We've been using WebAR for four years now. Between years two and three, we noticed a decline in customer support. However, beginning this year, they've addressed this by hiring more staff, and the improvement is noticeable. Previously, I had to chase support for updates and questions, but this year has been a complete turnaround. Responses are now timely, informative, and helpful. I rate customer support a 3 due to past poor service on average, but if this trend continues, it could easily be a 5.

WebAR is the most robust & impressive collection system I have ever used.

Pros

This system's configurability for A/R and debt collection management is unmatched in my 25 years of industry experience. From small agencies to large national ones, it stands out for its automation capabilities and extensive functionality.

Cons

Is there a con? There's nothing negative about this system. If I had to stretch and find something I like least, it could be the setup time. However, if you're objective and serious about maximizing the system's benefits, setup time isn't a purchasing factor but a planning and development one. Investing time upfront in proper setup translates to daily time savings because the system handles tasks automatically.

Pros

Great Product Poor Execution

Pros

It's cost-effective, mostly reliable, and offers time-saving features that I find quite useful.

Cons

Make sure all your questions are answered before completing training. Customer support is slow, and there's no user manual or external explanations for features. Updates lack follow-up on new features.
