“A system that makes work incredibly simple

Pros

I picked this platform because it lets me organize and see my entire workflow at a glance. I can immediately tell what tasks are coming in and when, which makes it easy to prioritize what needs to get done. My clients also love how simple the portal is to navigate. Lately, I've been using the built-in email and text messaging and it's incredible how much easier my work is with everything in one place

Cons

The platform is still developing so they are regularly adding and refining features. So I think it would be really helpful to get a timeline for when new updates are coming!
