AdminSeg helps us handle travel insurance vouchers across multiple agency levels, from quoting and issuing to ongoing administration. We also use it to pay commissions, manage claims and pull a wide range of custom reports. For our needs, it has been a perfect fit.

Cons

Nothing to complain about. The support team has been excellent and the platform runs in a very reliable data center.

“Reliable cloud file security

Pros

Running a medium-sized agency in Venezuela, we had several security concerns before adopting this software. Its cloud-based file system helped address those issues and now we upload every scanned document containing our clients' policy information there.

Cons

We really do not have any complaints. We are simply looking forward to the new version that includes CRM features and a mobile app. Thank you.

“indispensable support every day

Pros

Whenever we need help, the customer service team has been incredibly supportive. Plus it lets us handle many tasks better and much faster and at this point I really can't picture going through a day without using it.

Honestly I don't have any real complaints. If anything, it's probably that we've become very dependent on this software. Just hoping the new version comes out soon and that we can get it for free :)

I like that this tool has been really helpful for my day-to-day activities. The reports are very simple to pull and we also handle commission payments through AdminSeg.

Cons

I haven't run into any problems with the platform. We use it every day and the support has been fine, with Skype assistance available from Monday to Friday.

Pros

Security has been one of the biggest benefits for us. We get a backup copy every day and having our database hosted on a server in the USA is extremely important to our operation. Since we handle all of our clients' data through the platform, we're very satisfied with the system overall.

Cons

No major complaints. Support can be a little slow at times but they always get back to us with a solution.

AdminSeg has been a huge help for us when it comes to managing policy administration and keeping track of sales information. We can generate reports and even schedule them to be sent straight to our email which is very convenient. Overall, we feel very comfortable using it.

We haven't run into any real downsides. It has helped us a lot with policy administration and sales information and being able to create reports and schedule them for email delivery has made it even more useful. We feel very comfortable working with it.

Pros

Being the first company to use this software back in 2013, we've had a long time to see what it can do. We're an international insurance broker with 60 years of experience focused on Life and Health insurance and this tool has helped us tremendously in managing our block of business in a professional yet user-friendly environment. We're completely satisfied with it and that's exactly why I would personally recommend working with AdminSeg.
