perfect for travel insurance workflows

Pros

AdminSeg helps us handle travel insurance vouchers across multiple agency levels, from quoting and issuing to ongoing administration. We also use it to pay commissions, manage claims and pull a wide range of custom reports. For our needs, it has been a perfect fit.

Cons

Nothing to complain about. The support team has been excellent and the platform runs in a very reliable data center.

Reliable cloud file security

Pros

Running a medium-sized agency in Venezuela, we had several security concerns before adopting this software. Its cloud-based file system helped address those issues and now we upload every scanned document containing our clients' policy information there.

Cons

We really do not have any complaints. We are simply looking forward to the new version that includes CRM features and a mobile app. Thank you.

Pros

Whenever we need help, the customer service team has been incredibly supportive. Plus it lets us handle many tasks better and much faster and at this point I really can't picture going through a day without using it.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any real complaints. If anything, it's probably that we've become very dependent on this software. Just hoping the new version comes out soon and that we can get it for free :)
