The connection between Biller Genie and QuickBooks works seamlessly. I am also really impressed with how helpful and responsive their support team is.
Cons
I think it would be helpful to get more detailed reports about emails that do not reach our clients and to have those alerts sent directly to our accounting team.

Setting up schedules for late payment reminders was so easy and I like that I could customize each step of the process. Also you can apply changes to all your clients or customize them for a specific person. The option to set up payment plans was great too and the customer service team was a pleasure to work with.
Cons
We wanted to connect it to Salesforce but the setup process was too complicated, so we decided against it. I was also disappointed by the extra charges for ACH payments and mailing paper statements.

Pros
I always tell my clients to stay on top of their receivables but I never had the time to do it myself. Even sending invoices could be slow during busy periods and following up on late payments was inconsistent. But the good thing is that Biller Genie automates most of this and that too in a very short time. So now my cash flow has improved dramatically. The automatic payment reminders are definitely getting people's attention and encouraging them to pay.
Cons
Most of the platform is user-friendly but a few tools are tucked away in menus that are not very easy to find.

Pros
It has a lot of useful features. While the design is not the most modern, the interface is clear and easy to navigate. Also it integrates well with QuickBooks Online and is simple to operate.
Cons
The billing structure could be clearer. I also noticed that they advertise no monthly fee but still you are charged a minimum of $25 in transaction fees each month which makes it less suitable for businesses with low payment volume.

The automated invoices and payment reminders save me a lot of time and help me get paid faster and more reliably. I also love the custom-branded client portal as it makes my business look much more professional.
Cons

Biller Genie user interface is really well-designed. It looks clean and has all the features you need. The best part to though is how it automates the entire invoicing process, which really elevates my accounting workflow.
Cons
There is a learning curve when switching from another system and the setup can take more time and effort than you might initially plan for.

Pros
As per me the pricing is very reasonable and it eliminates the need to pay someone just to chase down late-paying customers.
Cons
To be honest I have not found any real issues so far. Though it does not automatically create deposits in QuickBooks Online but that's a restriction on Intuit's end, not Biller Genie's.

Pros
This billing system completely transformed my accounts receivable. It took my receivables from over 90 days past due to being current in just 48 hours! I cannot recommend it highly enough. Now nearly all of my clients are on auto-pay and I do not have to worry about billing issues anymore.
Cons
So far I have not run into any problems. Everything has been working perfectly.

Pros
There are so many advantages such as it is simple to operate, sends out custom payment reminders for my business, lets me add late fees and saves me from manually entering client credit cards. Also it syncs perfectly with QuickBooks and the list goes on. As a new CPA building my practice, BillerGenie has helped me get paid faster and more efficiently. It connects directly to my QuickBooks and automatically notifies clients about unpaid invoices. When a client pays, I do not have to process their card as they can pay securely from home without calling to share their details. The payment is then recorded in QuickBooks automatically, saving us time and money that we can use more effectively. So I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.
Cons
My only minor issue is that I use the desktop version through the cloud. So I have to log into my cloud server to get it connect with my QuickBooks.
