Seamless Quickbooks connection and support

Pros

The connection between Biller Genie and QuickBooks works seamlessly. I am also really impressed with how helpful and responsive their support team is.

Cons

I think it would be helpful to get more detailed reports about emails that do not reach our clients and to have those alerts sent directly to our accounting team.

Creating invoices is simple

Pros

Creating and sending out invoices to customers is a very simple process.

Cons

Finding and reviewing old invoices in the system is not as easy as it could be.

Sending and receiving payments simply

Pros

The platform makes both sending bills and receiving payments incredibly simple.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that the quality of customer support has declined and now it's become difficult to get a timely reply.

complex integrations and extra fees are a letdown

Pros

Setting up schedules for late payment reminders was so easy and I like that I could customize each step of the process. Also you can apply changes to all your clients or customize them for a specific person. The option to set up payment plans was great too and the customer service team was a pleasure to work with.

Cons

We wanted to connect it to Salesforce but the setup process was too complicated, so we decided against it. I was also disappointed by the extra charges for ACH payments and mailing paper statements.

Automates and improves cash flow

Pros

I always tell my clients to stay on top of their receivables but I never had the time to do it myself. Even sending invoices could be slow during busy periods and following up on late payments was inconsistent. But the good thing is that Biller Genie automates most of this and that too in a very short time. So now my cash flow has improved dramatically. The automatic payment reminders are definitely getting people's attention and encouraging them to pay.

Cons

Most of the platform is user-friendly but a few tools are tucked away in menus that are not very easy to find.

Useful features

Pros

It has a lot of useful features. While the design is not the most modern, the interface is clear and easy to navigate. Also it integrates well with QuickBooks Online and is simple to operate.

Cons

The billing structure could be clearer. I also noticed that they advertise no monthly fee but still you are charged a minimum of $25 in transaction fees each month which makes it less suitable for businesses with low payment volume.

Saves time and gets paid faster

Pros

The automated invoices and payment reminders save me a lot of time and help me get paid faster and more reliably. I also love the custom-branded client portal as it makes my business look much more professional.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of any drawbacks. It has made managing my receivables smoother than I ever expected.

A well-designed and automated interface

Pros

Biller Genie user interface is really well-designed. It looks clean and has all the features you need. The best part to though is how it automates the entire invoicing process, which really elevates my accounting workflow.

Cons

There is a learning curve when switching from another system and the setup can take more time and effort than you might initially plan for.

automatic payment reminders are a plus

Pros

The automatic payment reminders, simple setup for receiving payments and overall ease of use are all big pluses.

Cons

I cannot create invoices directly in it to send over to QuickBooks which is a limitation for our workflow.

Very reasonable pricing

Pros

As per me the pricing is very reasonable and it eliminates the need to pay someone just to chase down late-paying customers.

Cons

To be honest I have not found any real issues so far. Though it does not automatically create deposits in QuickBooks Online but that's a restriction on Intuit's end, not Biller Genie's.

Completely transformed my accounts receivable

Pros

This billing system completely transformed my accounts receivable. It took my receivables from over 90 days past due to being current in just 48 hours! I cannot recommend it highly enough. Now nearly all of my clients are on auto-pay and I do not have to worry about billing issues anymore.

Cons

So far I have not run into any problems. Everything has been working perfectly.

Simple to operate and saves time

Pros

There are so many advantages such as it is simple to operate, sends out custom payment reminders for my business, lets me add late fees and saves me from manually entering client credit cards. Also it syncs perfectly with QuickBooks and the list goes on. As a new CPA building my practice, BillerGenie has helped me get paid faster and more efficiently. It connects directly to my QuickBooks and automatically notifies clients about unpaid invoices. When a client pays, I do not have to process their card as they can pay securely from home without calling to share their details. The payment is then recorded in QuickBooks automatically, saving us time and money that we can use more effectively. So I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Cons

My only minor issue is that I use the desktop version through the cloud. So I have to log into my cloud server to get it connect with my QuickBooks.

Works well with Quickbooks

Pros

My favorite things about is how well it works with QuickBooks, the automatic payment reminders and the low fees for processing credit card payments.

Cons

The link to QuickBooks sometimes disconnects and needs to be re-established but it is a quick fix that only takes a moment.

pretty basic and user-friendly platform

Gives clients freedom to focus

Pros

Biller Genie has given my clients the freedom to focus on growing and enjoying their businesses. They do not have to waste time tracking down unpaid invoices every day because Biller Genie handles it for them. While Skybank offers great rates for payment processing, this tool is what makes our service truly exceptional.

Cons

Well Well I truly cannot come up with anything negative to say. The integration with Quickbooks works flawlessly and I am excited about potential integrations with other platforms in the future.

The best software for saving time

Pros

Easy setup and faster collection

Pros

Biller is simple to set up and integrated easily with QuickBooks, making our payment collection much faster than we expected. This has really improved our cash flow and our clients appreciate the easy and timely way to pay.

Cons

I dont have any criticism for this product. It was simple to start using and with each update, it just keeps improving.

Very user friendly!

Pros

It is very user friendly and gives me quick access to all the important information. The customer support and training resources are also excellent.

Cons

Nothing major but I think it would be great if they offered a chip card reader for in-person payments.
