Pros

It has extensive inventory and POS, with strong Accounts Receivable and Payable modules, all fully integrated with G/L for smooth data flow. For me, payroll saves money and simplifies year-end forms like W-2s and 1099s. Exceptional US-based customer service that is patient, knowledgeable and willing to spend as much time as needed. Desktop-based with built-in cloud backup for added security.

Cons

I wish there were more choices for printing different invoice formats. It's not a must have but it would be handy. Right now I just save invoices as PDFs and then make changes myself.
