All in one budgeting tool

Pros

Budgyt is an excellent tool. I use it to understand and manage our organization's budget. It's quick and simple to use, offering reporting features that make everything clear and comprehensible.

Cons

Currently, there are no issues. It meets our business requirements adequately.

Budgyt is the BEST!

Pros

I like Budgyt's business model, which let me try it out with our data and most of the setup without an upfront payment. Budgyt is a vast improvement over my bulky multi-company, multi-department Excel spreadsheet. It's great that we can upload detailed actual GL data for users to view. I love that we can easily see prior year monthly actuals and budget on the data sheet for a gut check. The formulas and Excel linking files work flawlessly. Implementation was very smooth, and I haven't needed to contact customer support yet. This product was clearly designed by a professional and is easy enough for a non-financial manager to use. We just started using it for monthly re-forecasting and our annual budget. It's much easier to get input from department heads. Users range from those responsible for a single expense to managers overseeing multiple departments. With the GL import feature, users can see prior actual data without accessing our accounting program, allowing us to forecast how the year will compare to the budget. We can easily run various reports on the dashboard and print to Excel. There are options to add comments on the data sheet. The approval process makes it easy to view what needs approval.

Cons

I faced challenges in restricting user access to the Payroll module by department. Also, we couldn't utilize the approvals feature when using the Balance sheet, which we are contemplating.

Budgyt has enhanced my financial reports and presentations to senior executives.

Pros

The versatility of Budgyt impresses me, especially how effortlessly I can convert reports into different formats. Almost all ad-hoc report requests can be met with pre-designed templates in Budgyt. Previously, fulfilling such requests involved manual reformatting across different dimensions, periods, and departmental combinations.

Cons

Some report views still show %% that cannot be entirely removed within the program; I have to delete them in Excel afterwards.

Budgyt - Make budgeting great again

Pros

The customer service team is excellent, and the system is easy to use. I love the visualizations and the ability to compare scenarios effortlessly!

Cons

As I'm still exploring it, my main concern so far has been the user setup process, although it's a one-time task.

Budgyt Software is

Pros

I enjoy how easy-to-navigate the software is, and the best part is that I no longer have to create a new budget each year with an Excel spreadsheet, which saves me a lot of time. Being a visual learner, I appreciate using graphs to display and examine data for specific periods.

Cons

Importing from the budget into our accounting system posed some difficulty initially. However, this was more due to my skill level than any fault of Budgyt. With thorough training and practice, I managed to streamline the process and reduce import time.

Elegant, User-friendly Budgeting & Reporting Tool that I would highly recommend

Pros

I love the Budgyt platform! It's very intuitive and easy to use, with capabilities that allow users to get more detailed and complex as needed. It enables us to enter data in detail or summary, making it incredibly accessible and easy to read for non-finance users, saving our finance team a lot of time. Everyone on the Budgyt team, from sales to support, has been fantastic. The training was great, especially the video academy, which is my favorite and most-used training feature. Onboarding and implementation were very smooth, and ongoing support has been excellent. Aileen, the "Budgyt guru," has been immensely helpful from day one.

Cons

My primary issue' is the addition of several features like dashboards, cash flow, and balance sheet since we started using Budgyt. I'm eagerly anticipating the top item on my wishlist live integration with Sage Intacct API to automate actual data imports. I'm confident it will work seamlessly once implemented.

Pros

Budgyt stores different scenarios effectively. The import and export features work well, and the dashboard can be customized.

Cons

Initially, setting up payroll data was somewhat rigid. However, now there are more options available for configuring your personnel budget.

Bugyt.com is the best software we could have invested in.

Pros

Budgyt.com is an essential software for the budgeting process. It's very intuitive, and their support staff is extremely helpful. This is the second time I've referred an organization to use Budgyt.com for their budgeting needs. Their payroll module is highly functional and allows precise management of the payroll aspect of our business regarding the annual budget. We transitioned from a spreadsheet budget with 15 revisions and many errors to a dependable, error-free system.

Cons

Honestly, there aren't any negatives. This product exceeded my expectations, especially with their responsive support team.

Everyone needs to explore Budgyt

Pros

I am in my fourth year using Budgyt, and I must say this simple, visually appealing, easy-to-use, ready-to-go software has exceeded my expectations. Over the last four years, they have added multicurrency and balance sheet reporting options, making it a comprehensive management reporting tool for middle and top-level management.

Cons

The Find & Replace Import Option was particularly useful.

Easy to use and efficient.

Pros

The support during implementation was exceptional. The software is easy to use and saved many staff hours, including VPs' and directors' time. Whenever we made changes, all the reports were automatically updated, and we no longer have issues with old versions of the budget. We would never go back to spreadsheets.

Cons

We can't think of anything negative to mention. It's been a positive experience overall.

Good business value --- equipped non-financial leaders access to Financial Analysis

Pros

The ease of use for non-financial leaders allows them to see how their area is performing against the budget and projection and drill down into transactional details without assistance from the finance team.

Amazing Product!

Pros

We use Budgyt to manage our budgeting process and ensure that budget managers are aware of their spending compared to their budget each month. Our organization leaders also leverage the platform to determine budget spending and allowances.

Cons
