Pros
This software offers great value for the money! It simplifies my job by providing everything I need at my fingertips, from generating letters, court forms, and envelopes to cost reports and remittances. I love the reminder report, eliminating the need for a separate calendar. There are so many customizable features that you can tailor the software to fit your company's needs.
Cons
Learning how a new software program works takes time. For me, the hardest part was understanding the mapping process for PDF court forms. As a collector, the terminology I'm used to differs from some of the terminology this software uses, so I had to retrain myself to think like the software.

“Best collection program available!
Pros
My law firm likes how CasetrackerLaw allows us to manage all our collection and litigation accounts. It is an excellent program and very intuitive. It keeps us organized and efficient in a fast-paced legal environment.
Cons
Nothing. We love it. The CasetrackerLaw team was great to work with.

“What I like About Casetrackerlaw
Pros
I've been using Casetrackerlaw for the past three years and absolutely love it. I can access the software from anywhere to check on cases with deadlines. It's easy to learn and simple to teach new employees. I like that all claim information is stored in one place and easily accessible. The support is excellent; when I call, someone answers and actually talks to me.
Cons
I haven't found any issues with this software.

“Easy to use, great customer support
Pros
The software is simple, and my clients are pleased with the client interface. The learning curve is not too steep, even for someone not very tech-savvy like myself. The program is practical and specific to our service as debt collectors. The reporting aspect is well thought out, and my clients have expressed their satisfaction with this feature.
Cons
It's not customized to our local environment. We need a section to note customer queries in detail. Currently, the program has suggestions for customer responses like "Customer refused to pay," but our clients want to know the specific reason for non-payment. I suggest adding a box for noting detailed responses, such as "Customer refused to pay because they were unhappy with the service provided." This would give the client a clearer view of the problem and how to address it, highlighting where there might have been a miscommunication during the purchase process.

The functionality is intuitive. I didn't need much training to understand how it worked. It also has many features that my previous collection software lacked. If the software didn't offer something I needed, the Casetracker team immediately worked to find a solution and add additional features.
Cons
No complaints. I'm extremely happy with the software. Any issues or problems I encountered were immediately fixed to my satisfaction.

“Simple enough to set up and use right out of the gate, but can be customized in limitless ways.
Pros
As a start-up collection agency and law firm, we needed an account management system that is easy to use yet customizable to meet our clients' individual needs. We also wanted a system we could grow into. Casetracker has exceeded our expectations in every way. There are essentially no limits to what this software can do, but you can keep it as simple as you want. Developed by a debt collector with over 30 years of experience, the system is fundamentally sound. Our clients love it too. They can log in to upload new accounts, check the status of existing accounts, and communicate with us through the system, just as we can with them. Client communication is key in this business, and Casetracker makes it seamless, saving time. It has also been a great selling point with prospective clients. The customer service is outstanding, with the staff responding instantly to our needs. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found Casetracker.
Cons
Like any new system, there is a learning curve, but we continue to refine our use of the system daily, which improves our efficiency incrementally.

“Company is very responsive to requests to adjust features and extremely helpful in training.
Pros
My favorite features are the client notifications/sharing and the reminders. I also like that the software is cloud-based, loading very quickly, likely faster than if it were hosted on a server in our office. The program is intuitive, and you can easily pick up on its basic features without extensive training.
Cons
I would like the ability to generate some documents in Word instead of using the built-in document feature.

Not only does it effectively manage our collection and accounts receivable activities, but it also drives our business model evolution in unexpected ways. The multi-functional platform is logical and easy to customize. Our clients love it! Any company involved in A/R collections should look into how CasetrackerLaw can increase cash flow speed and volume while helping organize their processes. It is robust yet intuitive!
Cons
There are many fields/options we don't currently use but might need in the future. I would like to suppress some of them from view until they're needed.
