Affordable, reliable, and the best you can get.

Pros

Investing in Case Tracker that would require a lot of effort to become useful is something not everyone can digest, and it was a difficult decision for us as well. Thanks to its affordable price, we were able to take the risk and were amazed by the number of features it offers. It is a great solution for a law firm and offers a client portal as a standard feature. If theres something thats missing and you need it to improve your workflow, the support team and staff would make sure they offered a workaround or the feature itself at the cheapest price possible.

Cons

Its highly customizable software, which is great but also takes up a lot of your time since you have to integrate each and every feature (with the help of the technical team, of course) from scratch. And thats about the only thing thats a little complicated about this software. You can get your employees trained as much as you want with the free training sessions they offer and get help setting everything up. Given the price tag, it wont take much of your money to fully implement the software.

Solid and Flexible CRM

Pros

What I value most about this CRM is the reminder system. The main dashboard simplifies organizing our prospecting, ensuring timely calls. Integrating the system was simple, allowing for easy lead uploads with a few clicks. Overall, it functions well.

Cons

This package is excellent for the nominal fee.

Definetely Worth It

Pros

I've been using Casetracker for my current job for about eight years. It's convenient for updating case statuses, adding payments, and even has pre-prepared letters for daily tasks.

Cons

I haven't encountered any significant issues worth mentioning.

Pros

Everything you need... and more!

Pros

This product is highly intuitive and packed with features you need and others you might not have considered. It's tailored specifically for those needing judgment enforcement software. The client portal is a fantastic feature included as standard. The staff and support team for CaseTrackerLaw are exceptional and genuinely care about their clients. If a feature is missing, they'll work on creating it specifically for your company at a reasonable rate.

Cons

Setting up is somewhat intensive and time-consuming, as it involves customizing the software to fit your specific company needs. The onboarding process can be a bit confusing, but they offer free training sessions to help you get oriented and assist with the setup. I wish there were a way to pre-load or add some API information for MicroBilt and Delvepoint to aid in skip tracing, but that's something to request later and not a core requirement.

Pros

This software is simple and faster than the previous program we used.

Cons

The aspect I like least about this program is that once you approve something, it locks the information. You then have to send a request, which is time-consuming and can be very challenging.

Collection Software: Very flexable in what you can do with it. I love it.

Pros

When entering data, the system won't let me submit until all required fields are filled, which helps prevent incomplete submissions.

Cons

Handling documents can be difficult due to variables in font size, styles, and browsers. But as with any new software, there is a learning curve.
