“Affordable, reliable, and the best you can get.
Pros
Investing in Case Tracker that would require a lot of effort to become useful is something not everyone can digest, and it was a difficult decision for us as well. Thanks to its affordable price, we were able to take the risk and were amazed by the number of features it offers. It is a great solution for a law firm and offers a client portal as a standard feature. If theres something thats missing and you need it to improve your workflow, the support team and staff would make sure they offered a workaround or the feature itself at the cheapest price possible.
Cons
Its highly customizable software, which is great but also takes up a lot of your time since you have to integrate each and every feature (with the help of the technical team, of course) from scratch. And thats about the only thing thats a little complicated about this software. You can get your employees trained as much as you want with the free training sessions they offer and get help setting everything up. Given the price tag, it wont take much of your money to fully implement the software.

This product is highly intuitive and packed with features you need and others you might not have considered. It's tailored specifically for those needing judgment enforcement software. The client portal is a fantastic feature included as standard. The staff and support team for CaseTrackerLaw are exceptional and genuinely care about their clients. If a feature is missing, they'll work on creating it specifically for your company at a reasonable rate.
Cons
Setting up is somewhat intensive and time-consuming, as it involves customizing the software to fit your specific company needs. The onboarding process can be a bit confusing, but they offer free training sessions to help you get oriented and assist with the setup. I wish there were a way to pre-load or add some API information for MicroBilt and Delvepoint to aid in skip tracing, but that's something to request later and not a core requirement.
