“incredible service and AMEX payments
Pros
After evaluating several AP automation platforms, I chose to go with this one. Even though they are relatively new to the market, their customer service has been incredible as they have worked closely with my team to address issues and make improvements consistently. Sure every new vendor has some issues but their support team is outstanding. I doubt the bigger, more established companies would be nearly as responsive or willing to accommodate our needs. The implementation process was smooth too and I am really glad we made the switch. Another major advantage is that they are the only vendor that lets me pay suppliers using our corporate AMEX, which is a game-changer for us.
Cons
Has some minor glitches occasionally but nothing major that prevents it from meeting our needs.

“Notes feature is the best
Pros
The notes feature is my favorite part as it saves me tons of time keeping track of what I have already done with each invoice. The reminder emails and statements work really well too. Sometimes customers actually respond to notifications even when I could not reach them before. I use this every day and found it pretty easy to set up basically like flipping a switch.
Cons
Well the syncing feature occasionally causes problems. These are typically bugs that get resolved once I reach out to customer support about them.

Pros
Centime interface is simple and easy to navigate. Uploading and storing documents in one place keeps everything organized and the customer service team is always quick to respond whenever I need help.
Cons
Takes some time to get the hang of things initially but once we figure out the workflow everything runs smoothly.

“Practical cash flow solution
Pros
The customer service has been outstanding since we started using this platform. Our specialist always responds quickly and is genuinely eager to help with any issues. Setting up the integration was also simple and we rapidly figured out how to incorporate all the available tools into our daily cash flow management routine. Overall it has become a practical solution for everyday operations.
Cons
One of the biggest frustration for our team is having to make adjustments at the project level rather than being able to implement changes at the parent level and have them automatically cascade down to projects.

“Smooth syncing with Quickbooks
Pros
I really like how this tool keeps me updated on invoice statuses whether they are current or overdue, and the QuickBooks sync works flawlessly. The automated workflows have been proven the best too for our weekly email processes, saving us a ton of manual effort. What stands out most is the support team as they are responsive, reliable and always ready to help troubleshoot or find solutions.
Cons
The only downside I have noticed is that emails CC'd in QuickBooks dont pull through and making direct edits here can mess up the sync between the two systems.

“Simple ACH processing and great cash flow forecasting
Pros
The ACH processing is really simple and whenever I need help, the support team gets back to me fast with accurate answers. I also like how the data is presented as it's clear and easy to understand. The cash flow forecasting feature is particularly well-designed and actually helps me plan ahead effectively.
Cons
I have not found any real issues yet though we are curious about the AP module since we have not tried it. So looking forward to seeing how they keep developing there features as the platform evolves.

“Syncs well and saves us time
Pros
Centime two-way sync with Intacct works flawlessly and saves us a huge amount of time. Also I love that customers do not need to log in to access their portal as it makes everything so much easier. Our customer success team responds incredibly fast whenever we need help. The multi-account feature is ideal for clients with parent/child relationships or split billing setups. Customers can see all their invoices in the portal and the automated collections notices with attached invoices have been a game-changer for our AR process.
Cons
The only downside I can think of is that there is no way to reach a customer when they are having trouble with the system which would really help with troubleshooting.

“Worth the price
Pros
It is a very user-friendly tool. As after just a couple sessions, I found myself navigating the different applications much more smoothly. What really impressed me is how quickly the automation adapts and learns our workflow patterns.
Cons
I wish we had started using this much earlier! As it has saved us so much time already and I can see it getting even better as we use it more.

“Fast support and setup
Pros
The support team responds quickly and genuinely wants to help us solve any cash management challenges we face daily. Also our customers find the platform easy to navigate. Plus getting it set up with Netsuite was surprisingly easy too.
Cons
There is definitely room for growth since it's still being improved and I feel like the cash management features could use some streamlining.

“Setup process was simple and quick
Pros
I love the native NetSuite integration as everything from invoices to bills and payments syncs perfectly. The tabbed navigation makes it simple to move between tasks, and customer support has always been quick to respond. Approval workflows are easy to set up with just a few clicks which saves so much time.
Cons
The multiple tabs get overwhelming when I am rushing to find historical data. Also it is frustrating that historical data access for approvers is still being developed.

Pros
Centime platform is easy to use and the customization team nailed our specific requirements. Invoice processing feels natural with flexible options for viewing and accessing features. Since we were already using NetSuite, the integration was effortless. Training was thorough and effective. The system cuts down on manual work, catches errors automatically and makes vendor payments very efficient.
Cons
Working with this platform I have noticed a few minor quirks that can be frustrating in daily use. The date entry system forces you to click through a calendar instead of just typing dates directly which slows things down. Also once you move past the first invoice review screen, the PO number disappears from view making it harder to track everything properly. These are not deal-breakers but they do add unnecessary steps to routine tasks.

Pros
Getting the software up and running was very simple and the system itself is quite user friendly. It already has a lot of useful tools with even more in development. The sales and onboarding team was great too to collaborate with like no pressure, just simple and honest communication. They have stayed in regular contact with us and have been proactive about setting up training. This has definitely been one of the smoothest software implementations I have ever been through.
Cons
While the platform is user friendly, it's still being refined. The payroll forecasting is not perfectly accurate yet. Plus I'd really like a feature to adjust the expected payment dates for multiple customer invoices at once and save those changes in bulk. We have over 200 monthly subscriptions that bill in the first week and the systems prediction for when that money will be collected is a bit off.... so that needs work. I also need to be able to focus my cash flow tracking solely on our main operating account without including other accounts like savings. I understand this feature is currently in development.

I am a huge fan of the Centime platform. The user experience is outstanding as it gives me a clear, real-time view of my cash, accounts payable and accounts receivable all in one easy to understand dashboard. As a smaller business, managing our cash flow is very important and before this product, we did this manually in spreadsheets every week which was full of potential for mistakes. But using it for real-time cash flow forecasting has completely transformed our process. Plus sharing this live information with our team has empowered us to make much smarter business choices. The smooth integration with our bank and CRM is another major advantage. We are now able to predict our incoming and outgoing cash with far greater accuracy thanks to Centime.
Cons
The connection with our other systems was completely smooth. So right now I honestly can't think of a single thing that needs to improve from my perspective.

Pros
Centime saves me hours of work each week that I used to spend building liquidity and cash position forecasts. Plus the KPI and OKR tracking provides insights I never had access to before. Our cash conversion cycle has improved dramatically because of it.
Cons
Setting it up for our non-profit structure was a little challenging initially. But the team was great about listening to the specific issues we faced and quickly implemented fixes for them.
