This system allows for the approval and routing of invoices across departments and different plants. Physical handling of documents is no longer necessary. Moreover, it simplifies the sorting of documents after payment.
Cons
When coding invoices, there could be better ease of movement between fields. The system tends to be resistant to selecting a different box other than the one it determines to be next.

I love the ease of obtaining Co-op invoices along with the required notarized documents from Centreviews.
Cons
The one and only feature that poses a real issue for me is the timing to get all the information into the system, so the final documents are ready before the customer's deadlines. The upload process from our system to the final product in Centreviews is lengthy.

Pros
My review will focus on areas that need improvement for future use and aspects I do not like.
Cons
The administrative functions are a bit clunky. I don't believe the app was designed with the admin in mind. Assigning or reassigning users to locations and approval levels is time-consuming. The app needs the ability to delegate approvals while on leave of absence. Additionally, provisioning a new user requires too many steps.
