Perfect Automation Tool

Pros

Commerce Sync transfers sales activity straight into my QuickBooks files which has been a huge time-saver for our bookkeeping. The way it collects and syncs POS data automatically really cuts down on manual errors, something I definitely appreciate. Setup was surprisingly easy and Chrome works best as the browser. What I really like is being able to connect multiple accounts and business locations, then sync everything to different accounting solutions without any issue.

Cons

The pricing gets pretty steep when you're dealing with multiple accounts or trying to sync several business locations. There's no inventory sales transfer feature either which makes managing data across different locations a real headache. When I reached out for help, customer support took forever to get back to me.

Great integration software

Pros

The QuickBooks sync feature has been a game-changer for us. We configured it to automatically transfer daily numbers which eliminates manual data entry and the inevitable mistakes that come with it.

Cons

I would love to see inventory sync with QuickBooks, it'd simplify ordering products and supplies instead of having to handle everything through the POS system.

Efficient Data Sync Tool

Pros

I've found the financial reporting to be much more accurate and current than what I was getting before. The automated sales report syncing is a real time-saver and has definitely increased my overall efficiency in handling daily tasks.

Cons

There's quite a bit of dependency on supported POS systems which can be limiting. I would love to see more advanced customization options available, that would really make a difference.

Saves Me Tons of Time

Pros

I get real time forecasts from my Xero data which has helped me save quite a bit of money in my business since I started using this tool.

Cons

I can't really complain about anything major, though I'd love to see better mobile support added. Improved mobile functionality would make it even more convenient for me to manage tasks on the go.

Efficient Platform with Great Support

Pros

This application really simplifies our bookkeeping and cuts down on manual data entry significantly. The customer support team responds quickly and they're genuinely helpful when issues come up.

Cons

What bothers me most is that every transaction goes through Commerce Sync's servers, meaning there's always a third party involved. This creates some real confidentiality concerns for our business.

Simple for sales management

Pros

I really appreciate how it handles external services across different sales platforms and gives me great transfer control for both my wholesale and retail clients.

Cons

I had trouble getting it set up initially and keeping track of activities has been a bit of a pain for me. It took some time to get everything organized the way I needed but once set up, it runs more smoothly.

Great Data Transfer Tool

Pros

The data transfer from Clover to Xero works flawlessly with this utility. Setting everything up was incredibly easy and the website guidance made the whole process smooth. After handling bookkeeping for over 2 years at my company, I can say this tool has made my workflow completely simple.

Cons

The price was higher than I expected, though the smooth performance makes it feel justified for me. The efficiency and reliability I get from using it help offset the cost over time.

Highly effective tool

Pros

I appreciate how it speeds up all the reporting tasks for our business. The bandwidth capacity lets us assess multiple platforms simultaneously without any issues.

Cons

The lack of integration with our other systems is frustrating. If there was better connectivity between different platforms and this one to allow for more data sharing, then the commerce sync would be incredible.

Excellent support team

Pros

The service is easy and since they're a growing company, they really go out of their way to ensure everything runs smoothly. We had some complex Stripe transactions that needed syncing with our QuickBooks online account. Custom programming was required and they handled it all on their end without charging us anything extra (just our time investment). Now we're thrilled with the results, our accountant doesn't have to manually match transactions anymore which was exactly why we chose this system. These people are genuinely tech-savvy, making it a pleasure to work with them. Big thanks to Stephen for making this work and dedicating countless hours to help us out.

Cons

I think it is still in development phase and some features feel incomplete, though the team is responsive to feedback and constantly working on improvements.

Don't Buy Without Testing First

Pros

Honestly, I can't think of anything positive to say about this platform, as there wasn't a single feature that worked well for me. My experience was frustrating from start to end and it didn't meet my needs at all.

Cons

The system doesn't import items correctly, everything comes in as "Clover item" instead. When I sell multiple items, it just shows up as one generic "Clover Item" sale. I end up having to manually fix every single invoice from the whole day which is incredibly time consuming.
