“Works fully online

Pros

I really like the innovation of working entirely in the cloud which also makes the monthly fee lower compared to traditional accounting offices. Despite being mostly virtual, the service quality is excellent, all tasks like postings, guide generation and tax submissions are always done correctly and on time.

Cons

Since this is an online company, some might expect 24/7 support. That doesn't bother me but the linked bank is my biggest frustration. It doesn't allow me to invest extra company funds and charges for every PIX transfer, while other banks give me at least a few free each month.

I find Contabilizei easy to use and good for basic accounting but I think it could really benefit from extra features like cash flow forecasting, integrations with other management tools and more detailed financial reports.
