“Reliable tool

Pros

I've been working with this tool for years and it never let me down. What makes it stand out is how well it fits into my workflow. It syncs up with Excel, lets me tweak the reports how I want and it's always been stable. I even got it for a few companies I help and their support has always been great.

Cons

I've had trouble when trying to send out bank remittances. It's not clear or flexible, doesn't even let me pick the right due dates before sending. Also had issues with how it connects to the tax system for document submission, just not smooth at all.

“Fast Data Access

Pros

Digging through data used to be a pain but now I can search and pull what I need in seconds. No more switching between pages or trying to remember where I saved something.

Cons

It takes longer than expected to post accounting entries. I sometimes sit there waiting for it to catch up which adds unnecessary time to something simple.
