“Love the budget visibility”
Pros
Having real time insight into our project budgets has been incredibly valuable for the business. We can see week by week what we've already spent and what commitments are coming up which makes planning much easier. The Xero integration is a big plus too since it saves us a ton of time by avoiding double entry of invoices.
Cons
A few parts of the usability still feel a bit clunky but the software is constantly being updated and improved.

“perfect fit for projects!”
Pros
The software has been an excellent match for the way we run our project-based operations. The interface is very user-friendly and it has really helped make our procurement process much more manageable.
Cons
There are no real issues at the moment though I would love to see a stores or inventory feature added so items could be recorded and issued out within the system.

Pros
Getting started with this software was easy and rolling it out across the business was just as manageable. On a daily basis it has been simple to use even for employees outside the finance team who also picked it up without much trouble.
Cons
There is nothing specific to complain about. Still we did not use all of the modules particularly Invoice and cash management.

It's a solid piece of software for managing orders and does the job well.
Cons

Pros
The OCR invoice importing keeps getting better over time which has really simplified matching process and made entering everything into QBO feel effortless.
Cons
Since I bought software built for the European market it came with a few very Europe-specific touches such as the date format and currency conversion. That said none of those things have affected my ability to use the software efficiently.

“detailed reports”
Pros
One of the best parts is how detailed the reports can be. Having purchase orders and budgets integrated in one place is also a big advantage.
Cons
Getting the integration with our accounting software set up correctly didn't work out for us. However we did find a reliable workaround and part of the issue was on our end as well.

“Organized purchase orders”
Pros
Being able to send professional well-organized purchase orders is a big plus. It also automatically handles the PO against the budget which makes tracking and control much better.
Cons
One limitation is that negative amounts can't be entered in a PO. We'd also like the option to add discount lines such as -10% on the total order. For new users the workflow from PO to receiving to accounting is not very easy. It's also unclear in accounting when project data should be entered especially since the budget category was already selected at the start of the PO.

Pros
This platform gives us complete control over project costs with the ability to drill down into each individual project. It's very easy to work with and helps the entire team stay on top of commitments, deliveries and budgets. We also always have quick access to all purchase related information. Setup was simple and using it day to day has been just as uncomplicated.
Cons
Nothing to point out at this stage though we'll keep monitoring it over time.
