Pros

I've used Coupa for Supplier management and Purchasing modules. I've found it user-friendly and flexible enough for customization according to business needs.

Cons

Customer support needs improvement. When raising incidents, we often have to follow up multiple times.

The best procurement systems with high quality service

Pros

Coupa is the best procurement solution I've encountered. I appreciate that it automatically links with numerous global sellers, facilitating flexible purchase order automation, invoice matching, and tracking. I can easily monitor the status of purchase orders and invoices, track progress to final payment, and ensure customer receipt of funds. Coupa also prepares new suppliers, allowing them to submit necessary information for payment and integration into buyer systems. It helps me track deals from start to finish, ensuring payments and meeting delivery deadlines. Coupa offers a fantastic user platform with a unique visual design and various filters that make finding what I need quick and easy.

Cons

There aren't many annoying aspects; you just need both sides of the transaction to understand how to download documents and use the platform as required. This becomes manageable with sufficient training on correct usage.
