Cons

Pros

I find it beneficial to manage multiple vendors or customers within the system.

Cons

The courier list for shipment tracking needs updating. We often use TForce Freight and Old Dominion Freight, but they're not on the drop-down list. This causes a lot of invoice disputes due to the lack of delivery proof.

Coupa is a highly customizable system

Pros

I can easily navigate the app because its interface is straightforward and intuitive. I can also tailor the app to get the results I need. Coupa integrates well with other applications depending on what my business needs, and there's very minimal lag.

Cons

The document integration with Coupa needs enhancement since there are restrictions on the types of files that can be uploaded, such as zipped files.

The worst

Pros

I don't see any benefits since it's an unreliable company that scams its clients.

Cons

We had to use their platform due to a client's requirement, but by mistake, we purchased validation (thinking our client needed it). When we confirmed it wasn't necessary, we tried to contact Coupa but couldn't reach them through phone, email, or even BBB.

WHY SHOULD I PAY COUPA for services rendered

Pros

I don't see any value in paying Coupa for my customer to pay me.

Cons

Everything, no one is willing to talk to us unless we pay Coupa $549 per year to get paid by our customers. We're a small family business; why should we pay $549 annually to get paid?

Horrible product with worse support

Pros

I don't like anything about Coupa. As a supplier who has interacted with my customer's system occasionally, I find it unappealing.

Cons

I find Coupa to be poorly designed, difficult to use, lacking many basic features, and adding complexity to minor workflows. Their support is even worse, no phone access, no escalation path, just a chat box where they repeatedly misunderstand questions and ask for screenshots.
