I find the document matching, text snip and sum snip functions to be highly useful.

The file size increases when we upload the documents for data snipping. And at times while working with a large number of documents, it causes Excel to slow down or become unresponsive.

DataSnipper software is easy to use, compatible with different systems we have and delivers fast and efficient results.

DataSnipper uses its own formatting, which annoys me when working on large files. I feel like it should only highlight the selected content, while the rest of the formatting remains the same as the cell. Additionally, after deleting snips, it sometimes disrupts the formatting and doesn't revert it to its original state.

Data Snipper has been a game-changer for me, as it eliminates the need for manual data entry and reduces the time required by 90%. It also eliminates human errors. In short I absolutely love Data Snipper and I will definitely be recommending it to all my colleagues and friends. Its that good!

Occasionally, the table snip feature may slightly disrupt the formatting. Other than that, nothing else comes to mind so far.

I have definitely saved a lot of time with this app. And I highly value the OCR functionality, the ability to copy from the clipboard, document matching and sum snip features.

It highlights the selected number in Excel but doesn't automatically navigate to that exact field. Having a button functionality for this purpose would be highly beneficial.

Well we have noticed a big decrease in the time needed for vouching and reviewing financial statements. Plus the financial statement suite, including PY, footing and version control is exceptional.

It slows down Excel, and it's not easy to insert workpaper references during financial statement tie-out.

DataSnipper is really easy to use and saves us valuable time. Also the software is regularly updated with bug fixes and new features which makes it the best among other options available.

The automated features of this tool were incredible. They allowed me to complete detailed testing within an hour, giving me ample time to conduct a thorough examination of all aspects without any time constraints. Being able to search for specific sentences in a 100-page document and extract that information onto my working papers was extremely helpful. Additionally, the ability to add validation checks to the reviewed information was a major plus.

The zoom lesson was a bit too quick, but after I watched the recording multiple times, it became much easier for me to manage DataSnipper.

I found the product to be incredibly easy to use, and its most important feature was the ability to extract data from various sources.

The convenience of not having to go through a separate process to link documents to Excel was a great advantage of DataSnipper. It made it simple to import documents, extract information from them, and link that information directly to where it was found. This feature has been extremely helpful for audits.

Cons

The process of deleting snips can be a little tedious, and one thing that frustrates me the most is when it appears that the snip has been deleted but the link still seems to be present.
