Pros

This ERP solution, built on Microsoft's .NET platform with SQL Server, offers me an easy installation process and highly responsive tech support. The interface is simple yet powerful, similar to QuickBooks but with advanced capabilities like pricier ERP systems such as SAP Business One. It's customizable without costly developers, affordable, Windows-based, and scalable as my company grows, making it a perfect choice for small and midsize businesses transitioning from simpler accounting tools.

Cons

I have to use a third-party payroll solution. There are a lot of options already integrated with Dynacom ERP though. For us, Paymate has been the choice.
