Pros

I like how well it connects with my existing systems and third-party tools. This smooth integration saves me time and effort by keeping everything in sync without extra manual work.

Cons

At the start of the year, I ran into some issues with PDF encryption, though they did get it sorted out eventually. It caused some initial frustration but the problem was resolved and hasn't been a major issue since.
