Great spending control

Pros

The platform is everything a company could want to monitor staff spending in a trustworthy and effective manner. Its technology is powerful, enabling functions and card links that other cost control systems can't match.

Cons

Easy Xero sync, difficult mobile app

Pros

The simple connection with Xero made it easyy to sync all of our financial records.

Cons

The phone application isn't very user-friendly and dividing up a bill for different tax categories is confusing and not simple.

Fast receipt approval

Pros

Submitting pictures of receipts for instant approval helps me get my money back faster.

Cons

After you send in a report you can't make any edits. If I make an honest error, I have to wait for the office to complain about it.

Pros

Logging my costs right away lets me settle up quickly while I'm traveling saving a ton of time for both me and the finance department.
