Expense Point Implementation

Pros

The software is user-friendly, and I found the initial setup to be quite simple without encountering any significant challenges. This ease of setup made it quick and efficient to get started and begin utilizing its features right away.

Cons

The setup documentation is lacking. Basic setup information Is not readily available.

ExpensePoint - New User, Great Onboarding!

Pros

The onboarding experience was thorough and helpful.

Cons

It would be excellent if receipts could sync to QuickBooks Online along with expenses. Currently, receipts don't sync to QuickBooks.

Goodbye Excel, Hello Efficiency!

Pros

What I really like about the software is how user-friendly and comprehensive it is, it streamlines everything just the way you'd expect from such software. The customer support is also outstanding; they're responsive, knowledgeable, and always go the extra mile to ensure a great experience with ExpensePoint. They don't just answer my questions; they also suggest features based on our conversations. That's exactly what you want in a company!

Cons

This isn't so much about ExpensePoint as it is about certain major credit cards. We initially used Capital One Spark Miles CC, but found they don't support VCF Feed or work with authorized users via Plaid integration. This caused significant delays in our implementation. After contacting ExpensePoint support, they provided examples of credit cards with VCF feed support and better integration options, which was helpful. It would have been even better if our sales or implementation team had asked about this upfront, saving us about two months of delays.

Expense report is easy to use

Pros

The expense report function is very easy; I can upload receipt photos, categorize them, and submit them for approval, it's also quick to load.

Cons

I dislike having to switch between different software to achieve the same outcome. The program seems suitable for its purpose, though.

Amazing Customer service and software

Pros

The best part about our experience is the exceptional customer service we receive. Our account manager and her team are incredibly proactive and a pleasure to collaborate with.

Cons

I experienced an unexpected lockout, unable to re-enter my credentials to use the program. I had to reinstall it to resolve the issue, though the cause remained unclear.

I find its simplicity, adaptability, and seamless integration with our accounting software (financial edge) particularly beneficial.

Cons

Once, I suddenly found myself logged out of the application and couldn't log back in. Reinstalling the software did the trick, though I'm unsure what caused the issue.

Easy all-in-one expense management

Pros

What I love most is the mileage tracking feature. Having tested several other mileage tracking tools, this one stands out because it accurately tracks my routes automatically when I'm on the move, and I can easily edit data and attach receipts before submitting.

Cons

Pros

Managing expenses used to disrupt our workflow with paper vouchers, but now we've reduced printing by nearly 50%. The receipt wallet feature, which stores receipts in real-time, is invaluable for field employees. The ability to delegate report authoring to administrators saves time, and the detailed tracking by user, category, and project provides comprehensive spending insights. The cost is incredibly reasonable for such advanced expense tracking capabilities compared to alternatives.

Cons

Depending on the browser and operating system, sometimes the receipts section gets squeezed and isn't visible, especially when using Safari on a Mac system.
