My favorite aspect of this platform is how intuitive and convenient it makes the entire process of managing expenses. With its receipt scanning feature, I can simply snap photos of my receipts and avoid the hassle of dealing with paperwork and manually entering details.
Cons
I've encountered location accuracy issues that led to incorrect mileage calculations. Also, I find the mobile interface of the app could be more intuitive and easier to navigate.

Cons
The main web interface feels outdated and confusing to me. While functional, there are features on the website that aren't accessible through the mobile app, like adding an email address for receipt uploads.

It's relatively simple to use; any challenges have mostly been related to the complexity of our GL coding, which isn't specific to ExpensePoint.
Cons
The analysis capabilities could be more versatile. I'd appreciate the ability to add data fields to existing reports or create my own reports from scratch using any available data field, but it seems limited currently.

“Expensepoint: the most value-adding, and easy to implement expense reporting system I've ever seen!
Pros
The receipt wallet and receipt scanning feature are universally loved by all employees. Being able to simply upload pictures and return to find almost completed expense reports, requiring just a few clicks to submit, has revolutionized how we manage expenses, whether on the road or purchasing on behalf of the company. In Accounting, we value how easy it is to review, approve, integrate with QuickBooks, and reimburse, all within ExpensePoint. The integration that automates reimbursements has saved our accounting team countless hours previously spent reconciling, recording, and processing payments via AP. Now, issuing payments takes less than a minute, it's simply fantastic!
Cons
We encountered a few issues entering banking information for reimbursements, but the implementation team manually made adjustments and guided us through.

The billable portion doesn't function properly for me. Also, I'm not fond of how GST is separated from the line items and entered as a separate line. I'd prefer each line to indicate "G" for GST or "E" for exempt.
