We adored this tool. It performed exceptionally well for our nonprofit, seamlessly integrating with credit cards and payment systems.
Cons
Two things bothered me about Expensify. First, they started integrating DEI into their marketing, prominently featuring BLM materials on their site. I prefer they focus solely on processing receipts rather than pushing progressive ideals. Second, I couldn't connect with my primary banks anymore.

Cons
My experience with implementation has been awful. The process lacks organization, and resolving issues like whitelisting ACH codes took Expensify almost 10 days. Integration with Xero stopped working and hasn't been fixed in over a month. I'm frustrated that I can only speak to our implementation coordinator, despite needing technical support from someone who can actually solve problems.

Expensify allows us to customize policies, incorporating custom fields from Netsuite, a fantastic feature. The approval workflow is direct and intuitive, requiring no training. Approvers can easily review expense reports with attached receipts. We explored other software options but found them either costly or inadequate. Expensify truly offers value for money.
