I've used EZOfficeInventory twice to pick up AIT equipment. It's been fine, but it has been a little tedious on AIT's end, more than on my own.

My primary concern with EZOfficeInventory is that on both occasions I've made requests, I didn't receive all the items in my equipment order. The first time, an incorrect date was entered, and I had no way to verify it on my end. Moreover, it took nearly half an hour to receive all the equipment, excluding the two items I urgently needed. The following day, despite assurances from AIT that they would add the mic stand and mic kit from the previous day, these items were still missing when the student attempted to collect them. Whether this is a flaw in EZOfficeInventory or simply understandable human error remains uncertain, but it has been somewhat frustrating.
