“Great integration & user-friendly interface

Pros

Integrating FinCEN FilePro with our existing systems was very easy, and the interface is user-friendly, allowing our team to adapt quickly. The automation features have minimized manual data entry, saving us time and reducing errors. Plus, the customer support team has been responsive and knowledgeable, which has been extremely helpful during the initial setup phase.

Cons

The software lacks some customization options. Also I believe the reporting features could be more user-friendly
