Pros
The biggest positives for me are the core banking capabilities the digital banking features and the support team behind the product. Those areas have been the most valuable parts of using this software.
Cons
The interface feels overly complex and that's the part of it that really needs to be updated. It should be modernized to better match newer platforms and current design standards.
