I really like the ease of printing all selected invoices into one file at once.

I am being able to view posted payments and generate invoices for my clients with Centreviews which is a plus.

It's not entirely user-friendly, perhaps because we don't use all the provided search terms in my position. I would like to have the ability to filter results when pulling invoices.

Having notarized scripts attached to invoices electronically is fantastic. It saves a significant amount of time.

It took a little bit of getting used to, especially figuring out which fields were required.

I love the ease of obtaining Co-op invoices along with the required notarized documents from Centreviews.

The one and only feature that poses a real issue for me is the timing to get all the information into the system, so the final documents are ready before the customer's deadlines. The upload process from our system to the final product in Centreviews is lengthy.

My review will focus on areas that need improvement for future use and aspects I do not like.

The administrative functions are a bit clunky. I don't believe the app was designed with the admin in mind. Assigning or reassigning users to locations and approval levels is time-consuming. The app needs the ability to delegate approvals while on leave of absence. Additionally, provisioning a new user requires too many steps.
