Everything is grouped and categorized which is very beneficial. Viewing and understanding the content is simple and pretty easy. However, the filters could use some improvement. The "Last" tab is redundant since there's also a tab at the bottom.
Cons
The system doesn't appear to be consistently updated. There are instances when I search for information and it hasn't been updated in the system.

When our billing department uploads invoices, I find it easy to locate the specific ones I need. I haven't explored all the features of the software yet, but in my role, I rely on Centreviews to access information for my Marketing Consultants. So far, I haven't encountered any issues with its usability.
Cons
The only issue I have come across is when trying to find an invoice. If I enter just the advertiser name without specifying an invoice number or date to see all invoices for that advertiser, the "First" and "Last" tabs in the navigation list don't work.
