Cons
I find the search function to be quite clunky and not intuitive at all. Typically, I have to enter an exact match to retrieve any data.

I am pleased that I have the option to download or print invoices.
Cons
The software works as expected. It would be even better if it allowed users to directly send an open invoice to a new email when it needs to be discussed.

Pros
Everything is grouped and categorized which is very beneficial. Viewing and understanding the content is simple and pretty easy. However, the filters could use some improvement. The "Last" tab is redundant since there's also a tab at the bottom.
Cons
The system doesn't appear to be consistently updated. There are instances when I search for information and it hasn't been updated in the system.

“This Works for What I Need
Pros
When our billing department uploads invoices, I find it easy to locate the specific ones I need. I haven't explored all the features of the software yet, but in my role, I rely on Centreviews to access information for my Marketing Consultants. So far, I haven't encountered any issues with its usability.
Cons
The only issue I have come across is when trying to find an invoice. If I enter just the advertiser name without specifying an invoice number or date to see all invoices for that advertiser, the "First" and "Last" tabs in the navigation list don't work.

As someone who receives a lot of consistent billing, I find it fantastic to preconfigure fields for a quick approval process. This allows me to complete invoices swiftly and return to other pressing tasks.
