The platform is user-friendly and has an intuitive interface. If I make a mistake, it promptly identifies the missing information, allowing me to quickly correct it instead of relying on trial and error.

Cons

I have noticed that some entries are preformatted incorrectly, and I have to clear and redo them each time. However, this could be due to an internal setup issue.

As a user with limited experience, I don't use the software frequently, but it proves to be highly valuable in situations where I need it.

In my opinion, the implementation lacked proper user training. I learned most of the useful manipulations from my co-workers.

I like the fact that I have access to all invoices and a wide range of reports. However, I am unsure about the proper way to generate these reports.

I have observed a flaw in the rejection process. Even after specifying who the invoices should be redirected to and for which location, I still receive invoices that I previously rejected in my list of approvals.

Centreviews is easy to use, and I value its simplicity. I have been using it for over two years.

I have no cons to mention. It has been easy to use so far, although occasionally the transition from resolution to approval can be confusing.

The lack of ease of function is frustrating. It's not possible to drag cells down, even when the entire column requires the same information. Each cell needs to be clicked individually to make changes. Additionally, when an invoice is in resolution, it needs to be corrected and then sent back for approvals. It would be more efficient if I could approve it while it's in resolution.

It's not intuitive where or what to click for the next actions. Approvals often feel redundant.

Centreviews is user-friendly and simple which allow us to train new users without any problem or hurdles. It seamlessly integrates with various ERP systems and formats.

Cons

Troubleshooting issues with files not getting pushed or processed can be challenging at times. However, this is usually not a major problem since Centreviews has excellent support who collaborates with us in real-time to resolve the issue.

“Pulling Invoices from Centreviews

Pros

As someone who pulls invoices for the Marketing Consultants, I primarily use the software for that purpose. When pulling invoices by advertiser, it's great to have them all in one place and be able to print them simultaneously. However, the wide parameters can make the task somewhat tedious.

Cons

In my experience, the software lacks user-friendliness. It isn't easy to pull invoices by name, especially when multiple advertisers use the same brand. The software also doesn't allow for pulling multiple stations simultaneously without including all stations for the group. Additionally, there are delays without any explanations provided.

Sometimes, I don't directly land on the approval page and need to navigate to it manually.

With Centreviews, it is easy for me to review invoices that require approval for payment before giving my approval.

Frequently, even after I have approved an invoice for payment, I receive another email indicating that there are invoices in my inbox for approval. However, upon opening it, there are no invoices to approve.

I really like the simplicity and user-friendly nature of the software. There are no unnecessary steps, and we only utilize a fraction of its overall capabilities.

So far, I haven't bump into any cons. I would like our company to expand the use of this software to other business areas.

The easy accessibility of all invoices and how simple it is to find them is something i love about Centreviews. Having them consolidated in one place is the best thing. Additionally, the ability to search and extract data to see the number of invoices in each query is useful. This allows me to pull a weekly report to ensure timely payment processing.

Cons

Lately, I have noticed that some invoices are missing. In Centreviews, they indicate reaching the end, but in NAV, they don't show up, even without any errors. I believe this issue is more related to NAV than Centreviews.

The site is designed with user-friendliness in mind. The buttons are noticeable, and the links are clearly visible. The color scheme is also pleasing to the eye.

Cons

It's worth noting that all columns do not fit on one page, so I have to zoom out on my window to view them properly.
