Easy to use and work fast

Pros

Gaviti software was easy to use and I completed my payment without any trouble. Overall the whole procedure was fast and easy to understand. I do not have any complaints.

Cons

Honestly I did not find much to complain about. But if I had to suggest something, maybe adding more ways to pay or creating a mobile app to check on invoice status would be nice. But in general it performed really well for us.

Everything on one convenient screen

Pros

Having everything related to an invoice like the PDF, past comments and other details all on one screen is incredibly convenient.

Cons

It would be helpful if I could view the notes and documents from all of a company's past open invoices while I am looking at their most recent one. Sometimes a new invoice has no notes yet but I know there is important history on their older ones that I cannot easily access from the current view.

User friendly and saves time

Pros

Gaviti is user friendly and simple to get the hang of. Its automated customer messaging has saved my team a huge amount of time we used to spend on manual emails.

Cons

I'd like all the activity for an invoice such as when automatic payment reminders were sent to be listed together with the notes, instead of having to look in two different places to see the full story. This would save me a lot of time

A quick and simple system

Pros

It is a quick and simple system that helps me manage my workload effectively. Overall it is an excellent tool for staying current with all my invoices.

Cons

For the automated emails, I wish we could send them to multiple contacts at a client company at once rather than just to a single person.

The best dashboard and live data

Pros

The dashboard and live data are the best. Plus I can access all sorts of helpful information from a single, centralized location.

Cons

Umm the requirement to use Bluesnap for credit card processing was a drawback for us as we could not integrate the payment processor we were already using.

Keeps supplier invoices organized

Pros

It keeps all our supplier invoices organized and makes paying them effortless. I can always check an invoice's status and use the platform as a statement to match against our accounts payable.

Cons

I do not have any complaints. My use is limited to paying vendor invoices and for that purpose, it works perfectly fine.

Monitors collection activities effectively

Pros

The way it monitors my teams collection activities and manages the pipeline of overdue invoices is a huge improvement over tracking everything in spreadsheets.

Cons

Well I feel like the reporting features could be more powerful. And to really demonstrate our value to clients, I would love to show trends like how the aging receivables have improved since we started using it but that's not currently possible.

Dashboard analytics and email tracking

Pros

Gaviti dashboard analytics, seeing when someone has opened our emails and the handy notes section are all features I really like about it.

Cons

No complaints from me. For what I need it to do, it is an absolute lifesaver and incredibly easy to use.

Very easy with a wealth of data

Pros

It is very easy to use and puts a wealth of data right at my fingertips. The customer support team is quick to respond too. It is also great for spotting invoice delivery problems early like bounced or unopened emails.

Cons

I feel like it would be great if it synced with our accounting system in real-time so that payments posted there were reflected in it immediately.

Gaviti is a wonderful application that simplifies our invoicing process. It is consistently reliable and ensures our invoices are sent out promptly and efficiently.

Cons

I did not receive the gift cards I was promised for the last two surveys I completed, so I won't be participating in any more reviews or feedback requests.

Speeds up many tasks simply

Pros

I am really impressed by how many tasks it speeds up making my work much simpler and more efficient.

Cons

Creating reports feels a bit complicated sometimes, requiring a lot of steps to narrow things down. I also wish I could copy text directly from the data fields.

Pros

It automatically handles sending out bills and payment reminders. I also like the reporting feature that lets me download a spreadsheet of all outstanding invoices.

Cons

The system needs constant attention and does not fully automate the process for us. Plus our corporate team has to manually load invoices which means I am always having to intervene.

The best help from customer support

Pros

We received the best help from the customer support who answered all our company's questions. Adding notes for customers or specific invoices is also very simple.

Cons

When invoices are sent by email, customers sometimes pay only part of the amount. But the system does not understand that an invoice might be in dispute. Also the automatic reminder emails can be confusing because I am often talking to clients directly on the phone. This makes it look like they are ignoring messages they never actually received.

It really boosts our productivity by ensuring automated invoice emails are sent out reliably. We can also customize different workflows to trigger specific actions for each scenario.

Cons

There is not much to complain about. However the site can occasionally run slow and needs a refresh to get it working properly again, but it's a quick fix.

Pros

The platform is user-friendly and provides a complete summary of each account with simple payment options for clients.

Cons

After selecting an invoice for payment, I wish the total due would update automatically. Right now customers have to calculate the remaining balance themselves. So I think a simple pending balance summary would be very helpful.

Pros

Gaviti system is user friendly and saves me lots of time by automating reminders and follow-ups, so I do not have to manage everything manually. The customizable workflows are great too because they adapt to my specific process. Integration with our other tools also helps everything operate more seamlessly which takes the stress out of handling receivables.

Cons

Getting familiar with all the functions took me some time. So I think having more tutorial guides would have helped me get up to speed faster.
