“Poor Software Experience”
Pros
I never got to actually use it because I ran into technical problems right from the start. It was frustrating not being able to even get past the setup stage and see how it could work for me.
Cons
Support completely disappeared after I requested a refund when their Revolut integration failed, despite earlier assurances it worked. Dennis stopped responding for days, then claimed they don't work on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, and ultimately refused the refund by citing legal technicalities. Basic features like adding invoices to costs are broken and after 8 years of development, the software still feels poorly tested. They seemed more focused on keeping my payment than on customer satisfaction or fixing the obvious bugs I reported.

“Excellent for free invoicing”
Pros
The best thing I like is interface which is really simple and getting invoices out to my contacts takes just a couple of clicks. This simplicity saves me time and makes the whole billing process much smoother.
Cons
The interface feels a bit outdated for me at times, though it still gets the job done. While functional, a more modern design would make using it a more pleasant experience.

“Perfect for Small Business”
Pros
The fact that it's completely free is fantastic. I find it really easy to navigate and the apps for trip tracking, invoicing and receipt scanning work easily together.
Cons
While having four separate apps instead of one comprehensive platform might seem inconvenient at first, I haven't actually run into any problems since they transition smoothly between each other.
