Pros
Managing our large operation has become much simpler with this system. Employee authorization is easy and since it runs in any browser, accessing it from anywhere is a simple process.
Cons
Getting started can be pretty challenging and I found the tutorials confusing at times, they don't always explain things clearly enough for beginners.

Pros
The interface was incredibly simple from day one which made the transition smooth. What really stands out is how frequently they roll out new features, you can tell the development team is actively listening to user feedback. In just two months, this tool has eliminated hundreds of hours of manual filing work and my productivity has skyrocketed.
Cons
The only downside is that I didn't discover this solution earlier, wish there was better marketing so more people could find it sooner.
