“Outstanding customer service

Pros

The user experience is fantastic and everything feels simple. With just a few clicks, we can accomplish what used to require hours of manual data entry. This has freed us up from tedious administrative work so we can concentrate on fulfilling customer orders.

Cons

Not much to complain about really. I asked them to give me full control over who can access our company account and they just did that instantly and then boom, complete access. Their customer service is fantastic.
