“Perfect for startups”

Pros

At the start of my business, this was exactly what I needed. For the first couple of years, it was the best fit for me and it worked especially well while I was still getting established. It's a really solid option for startups, freelancers and small businesses. As my business expanded, I eventually needed to move to other platforms with more capabilities but in the beginning this one was a perfect choice.

Cons

This may be different now since it's been a while since I used it but the biggest reason I moved on was the lack of contract features. Once I needed a platform that could handle contracts and additional file types, I had to switch. If it had included more advanced tools like contracts and support for other document types, I would have happily stayed.

“Keeps things simple”

Pros

True to its name, this app keeps things simple which is exactly what I need as a one-person business. I prefer tools that are simple and don't take much effort to figure out so having everything on my phone has been a real lifesaver. I've relied on it since the very first day I started my business.

Cons

I'd love to see some kind of calendar integration or mapping feature especially for logistics so I could plan my routes more strategically. The web version also feels a bit complex but since I rarely use it, it hasn't really caused much of an issue for me.

“minimalistic design”

Pros

A big plus here is the clean, minimal design and how simple everything feels to use. It also auto-saves your work which is really helpful. If you only send invoices once or twice a month, the free version is more than enough and handles the basics well.

Cons

That said it still feels limited even after upgrading to the premium plan. I manage a couple of small service businesses and while it works fine for the smaller one, it starts to feel complex for the larger company with around 1,000 transactions a year especially when trying to fit it into our internal workflow system.

“Misleading ads and bad support”

Pros

A useful part is being able to connect my PayPal account to the software.

Cons

The customer service is extremely poor and the advertising is misleading.

Getting started with it feels very simple and its quite affordable.

Cons

Something that bothers me is the lack of automation and I'm also unable to import pricing data.

The templates are simple and that's about the only thing it has going for it.

Cons

Everything else has been a letdown especially the syncing problems, ongoing technical issues and unhelpful customer service.

“Not recommended!”

Pros

It honestly doesn't even feel worthy of a 1-star rating. You get exactly what you pay for here and it can end up costing you more over time.

Cons

Once an invoice is marked as paid, customers can't download a copy of that invoice or bill anymore for their own records. That makes it non-compliant with Australian document retention requirements and I wouldn't recommend it.

“easy to create invoices”

Pros

Creating invoices with this has been really simple. It's easy to use, lets me customize everything the way I want, add my logo without any hassle and the final invoices come out clear and professional.

Cons

I can't think of anything negative to point out. It worked exactly as I hoped and didn't disappoint me.

“Billing cancellation nightmare”

Pros

The setup process is uncomplicated and it works fine overall right up until you try to cancel the subscription.

Cons

Canceling has been an absolute nightmare, do not use this. Even after I canceled and emailed support, they kept charging me. Ten months later, I discovered they were still taking payments. I've canceled again and they still refuse to refund the 10 months of overpayments.

Pros

Found it to be user friendly and being able to edit the profile was a nice feature.

Cons

Customer service was very poor and I was still charged even after cancelling the subscription.

“Makes invoicing manageable”

Pros

The app keeps invoicing simple and having saved contacts plus preset invoice items with prices makes the whole process much quicker.

Cons

The biggest frustration has been the sudden jump in the subscription cost from 3 EUR per month to 8 EUR per month especially since I only use it for one invoice each month. There are other services that offer this kind of feature for free. I do want to support the project but increasing the price to nearly three times the original without warning does not feel fair. On top of that, I accidentally clicked a different subscription plan and was charged immediately and even though I asked to cancel right away, I did not get my money back. No service should process a charge from a single click without a confirmation step.

“organized invoices for repeat clients”

Pros

Creating clean, simple invoices with this software has been really convenient. It keeps my information saved inside the invoice template so sending updated or brand-new invoices to repeat clients takes very little effort.

Cons

Nothing that comes to mind that I dislike about it.

“complex web interface”

Pros

At least it gets the job done but there's really nothing beyond the basic functionality.

Cons

The web interface is pretty poor overall and the user settings panel is hard to find your way around.
