Perfect if you are on the go a lot!

Pros

I'm notorious for losing receipts, so having the ability to snap a picture and upload them is truly a blessing.

Cons

Occasionally, the camera feature fails to capture all the information, which can be frustrating.

Easy and convenient receipt management

Pros

The ease of use and the option to assign expenses to specific projects save me hours of time and helps me organize my year-end totals pretty easily.

Cons

There is no option to create categories and subcategories. Some of my companies require specialized reports, so I can't use this feature.

Pros

It's great being able to keep track of receipts for my small business.

Cons

The software didn't always read the receipt information correctly from the picture. Sometimes, I had to manually enter the information, which defeated the purpose of using the camera option.

Tips for Itemize

Pros

The interface is user-friendly, and it's impressively quick! Updating is also hassle free.

Cons

Pros

I really liked how easy it was to track my spending receipts. It made tax time a simple task and sped up my return process. The fact that it saves the receipts for me was a major plus.

Cons

It didn't present the information in an easily readable spreadsheet format, and it's quite expensive.

Easy and straight forward

Pros

I absolutely love how easy it is to take pictures of receipts and have all the information pre-populated.

Cons

Removing tags and categories once they've been added is a difficult task. The usability of the computer version is difficult. A few months ago, I faced some issues and couldn't reach a customer support agent. Additionally, when using this program for multiple clients, logging out and logging back in with the correct information is not very simple. For instance, if I enter an incorrect email address, the system repeatedly prompts me to sign up again. The constant pop-ups make it extremely difficult to enter a new email address.

Pros

While it was somewhat user-friendly, I did experience some glitches.

Cons

The cost, glitches, and overall lack of quality, as well as the mileage log not reflecting the current IRS business mileage rates, are disappointing.

Itemize review

Pros

This software automatically extracts data from receipts, invoices, and similar documents, which is fantastic. I'm thrilled that there's a software that can handle all of this automatically for me.

Cons

The API has caused issues for our company, but thanks to the excellent assistance from customer service, and our IT personnel quickly implementing their help, we have been able to overcome them.

Pros

A descent app.

Pros

It offers a simple way to photograph and record my receipts. Creating and emailing reports is not a hassle as well.

Cons

First, I find it hard to locate certain types of vendors using the application. The provided lists don't contain enough information to easily identify the correct vendor, especially for gas stations with multiple locations in one community. Second, the app doesn't allow for a sufficient number of Tag entries. As a road salesperson, I often visit more than four clients in a single trip.

Love this program!

Pros

I love that I can print out spreadsheets at the end of the year!

Cons

I'm frustrated by some of the glitches, particularly when entering the type of expense. Currently, any title starting with a letter higher than L doesn't show up correctly.

Pros

The app is very much user-friendly and easily interfaces with Excel which allows me to create the reports I need pretty easily.

Good app to track expenses

Pros

The ACR options are excellent as it can identify most of the text on invoices.

Cons

The multi-currency/countries feature doesn't work well. There's no option to create a favorites list for countries/currencies, making it difficult to add bills from other countries. There's also a bug when manually adding bills.
