Pros

Using it is not at all a complex process, especially with its ability to find categories and customize features like adding tips to restaurant expenses. It works great when tax time rolls around. Taking photos of receipts is a piece of cake.

Cons

It would be helpful to have a feature that allows me to quickly find my local credit union, which would speed up the transaction recording process.

It means I don't have to keep every receipt for work-related purchases. I can simply create a custom search, and in a second, the report is ready, complete with receipts if desired.

I find it inconvenient that I have to manually generate a report for the financial year.

The site doesn't retain the categories for expenses, and sometimes it doesn't recognize or find the store. Additionally, the feature to modify and correct receipt information doesn't work properly.

The interface is user-friendly and intuitive. Upload and processing speeds are fast, and the accuracy is phenomenal.

While I don't have any major complaints, the capability to capture tips is inconsistent, although that may be more due to my handwriting. However, manually entering the information is easy.

Pros

The best part is the camera capture and OCR. You simply take a photo, and it automatically loads into the app and extracts the data. I would say the data extraction is perfect about 8.5-9 times out of 10. Occasionally, you may need to clarify some data points, but that's expected with these types of applications.

Cons

Logging into the website can be a bit difficult at times. Sometimes, its easier to work on the full website to modify or print large reports, but finding the login portal isn't as simple as you may expect.
