“Accounting for a small group's expenses at its finest
Pros
Tracking deductible expenses has become pretty easy with Itemize. Adding scanned or photographed receipt images is not a hassle with Itemize, making it simple to keep tabs on my costs. Thanks to Itemize, organizing my receipts is now a seamless process that can be done from both my phone and computer.
Cons
I find it challenging to modify entries if they're not scanned properly, and it would be preferable if the app saved the captured photos in a separate folder. However, due to its limited scalability, I wouldn't recommend it for large corporations.

“Don't Get Lost in the Shuffle: Receipt Tracking Made Easy
Pros
The option to snap a picture of my receipt and have Itemize automatically import the important information saves me time and frustration! Not only can I store my receipts digitally, eliminating the need for paper copies, but I can also securely save them on the Cloud and access them from any device. Another fantastic feature is the option to sort my receipts based on different categories. Best of all, I can create PDFs and import all my expense information into programs like QuickBooks and Excel without any issue.
Cons
I have come across a few bugs while using the program, but most of them have been resolved with the latest update. Unfortunately, the app can be a bit slow. Additionally, I wish they would lower the price of the premium version (the only version that's worth it). However, in the long run, the accurate itemization of my expenses through this app has likely saved me more on taxes than I've spent on the subscription.

“Saves Time & Money!
Pros
Itemize has benefitted me a lot as it helped me in keeping track of my expenses. Whether I'm on my phone or computer, it's super easy to organize my receipts with Itemize.
Cons
While we're pleased with it, I do wish the mobile app had more sorting features for receipts.

“It's the Expense Tracker that we Needed
Pros
As a user, organizing my receipts has never been more streamlined. Taking a photo is much simpler than using a scanner every time, which is what I used to do. I recently had lunch with someone from another business who didn't use Itemize, and they were quite amazed of how easy it was for me.
Cons
I haven't encountered any cons. I've only used the basic features of the software, so there are probably numerous other features that I haven't explored yet.

It truly is as easy as 1-2-3. Just take a photo of your receipts, and Itemize automatically inputs all the data for you which allows you to easily track your expense reports without doing the work yourself.
Cons
Scanning longer receipts can be a hassle, and the app occasionally freezes and closes on its own, requiring a bit of extra work.

Itemize is a fantastic tool for understanding what you're paying for and evaluating prices. Whether you want to track your expenses or gather data on your purchases, all you need to do is take a photo of your receipt, and Itemize provides detailed information for each item. Pretty cool, right?
Cons
It takes a bit of time, maybe between 10 and 30 seconds, for the data of items to load. I believe it could be faster.

One of the things I loved most about Itemize was how easy it was to upload our business expenses by simply adding receipts and invoices.
Cons
What I didn't like about this product is that it needs some improvement, as not all receipts were uploaded correctly.

I no longer need to save stacks of receipts for unexpected situations. I can simply save them in the app and use the pictures whenever necessary, such as showing them in stores or exchanging orders. Managing expenses has become easier as I can easily enter the pictures into the expenses log.
Cons
The app sometimes crashes, which, although not a major drawback, can be frustrating, especially when I'm in a hurry. Additionally, the preset categories might not always align with our preferences. It would be great if users could add their own categories.
