“Smooth Billing Process”
Pros
The billing and accounting software is designed for micro-entrepreneurs, small businesses and startups. I find it very practical since it keeps everything condensed and smooth to use. It's especially convenient to link quotes and invoices, making it easier to connect commerce with accounting without complications.
Cons
The Starter version comes with limited features, the ergonomics could definitely be improved and the software doesn't allow me to file tax declarations directly from the platform which is a drawback.

“Not suited to our workflow”
Pros
I really appreciate the simplicity of use and the fact that the support team responds quickly to requests makes the experience much better whenever I need help.
Cons
The software is very simple, yet they somehow continue to remove useful features that were actually needed for us which makes it less effective over time.

“Disappointing experience”
Pros
The sign up process felt easy to me and the clean homepage layout made it simple to get started without wasting time figuring things out.
Cons
I was very disappointed since the tool turned out to be far less supportive than promised, full of bugs and there was no way to get a refund when unsatisfied. On top of that, I couldn't even test the banking sync features without paying. We switched again and moved to Henrri which has been much more satisfying so far.
