“KidKare accounting should update the interface

Pros

KidKare is easy to use and understand. It meets the needs of daycares for tracking purposes. While entering meals can be a bit repetitive, the system works well overall.

Cons

KidKare accounting features interface feels a bit outdated. Also it does not let me enter two transactions on the same date in a row so I either have to change the date or exit and re-enter the accounting feature.

The website sometimes fails to sync data properly especially when sending meal reports.

“Hassle-free Daycare Management

Pros

Tracking finances is simpler with this software compared to other accounting tools. It helps me plan kid meals properly and provides excellent customer support for any issues. I can easily generate invoices and keep track of receipts. The automatic generation of invoices at set intervals makes tax season much more manageable.

Cons

The lack of a parent portal is a major drawback. Also it would be helpful to have a reminders feature as well.

Pros

What I like most about this program is its ability to track all my business expenses. It simplifies tax filing by organizing expenses into the necessary categories and calculating the total for me. I also enjoy that I can create and save menus for future months.

Cons

My main issue is that I cannot use the system for client sign-ins and sign-outs without them changing their times. So, I use a different system for that. Additionally it lacks a live feed for parents to see how their childrens day is going.
