“quick invoice processing”
Pros
At last I am not stuck waiting around for invoices to get processed anymore. I was honestly a little shocked the whole network didn't crash once the sync finished. It even seems to have picked up on my coding style which was a nice surprise.
Cons
One annoying thing is that when I go back in and hit the back button to look for a specific vendor, it sometimes throws me straight onto the New Invoices page instead of taking me back to where I was. Also with the custom colors section, typing into the date field can make the whole system freeze like it's processing something for about two seconds before I can keep going.

Pros
Keeping invoices and vendor payments together in one place has been the biggest advantage for me. It makes everything much more organized, and the platform seems user friendly enough that getting started did not take much effort. Even without wanting to spend a lot of time learning a new finance tool, the setup and day to day use was not a hassle. I also really like the range of payment options and how it helps simplify transfers and vendor payments overall.
Cons
A few parts of the workflow could still be improved especially when occasional delays come up, extra verification is needed or small interface issues get in the way. Support has usually been helpful when I have reached out but faster response times would make a difference when something urgent happens. It would also help if fees and processing timelines were presented more clearly before a payment is finalized.

It's been a pleasant surprise how accurately this automated invoice scanning system reads text most of the time. AI tools usually mess up vendor categories but this one has handled that part well. The scan has also synced with QuickBooks without any issues.
Cons
Yesterday the screen completely froze while I was trying to log in on my cell phone from the break room, it told me my password was wrong even though I knew it wasn't. Apparently it was only because I was using a new device. International wire transfers also take a very long time. It can take 7 to 8 business days for funds to clear into a vendor's account, and then I end up getting emails from vendors complaining because there was no arrival date information provided. On top of that there's no simple way to merge duplicate vendors when someone enters a name incorrectly.

Pros
Starting a business is a lot less stressful with Melio. It lets you send invoices to clients and they can pay using the method that works best for them. There are also no hidden service charges and the full payment amount arrives in your bank account.
Cons
The credit card processing fee is pretty standard but some clients hesitate to cover an extra charge when the invoice amount is small. Because of that it tends to work better for ongoing or repeat payments.

Pros
Melio is pretty easy to use because the interface is clean, user friendly and doesn't take much time to learn. Setting up vendor billing for ACH payments was simple and didn't require a lot of effort. The QuickBooks sync was also a big plus since transactions came over properly categorized which cut down on manual bookkeeping. For basic ACH payments, it seems efficient and hassle free to use.
Cons
It does a good job with basic ACH payments but it starts to feel a bit limited when it comes to more complex transaction handling or advanced invoice workflows. There have also been times when transfers took longer than expected and the payment status wasn't very transparent during the process. It would be even better with more reporting features and added customization options.

I'd absolutely recommend it to other real estate agents or small businesses that want to make their payables less of a hassle. It's very simple to use, offers flexible payment methods like ACH and credit card, works really well for handling multiple vendors and helps keep every payment organized and sent on time.
Cons
Honestly I haven't run into any real downsides. It has done exactly what I needed without any issues. If I had to name one negative, it would only be that I wish I had started using it sooner because it has made managing my payments much simpler.

This software was pretty simple to use and there really was not much of a learning curve. The chat support team replies quickly, usually within about 20 minutes which was helpful. I picked it mainly to help with money transfers and invoice management and it handled the setup process in roughly thirty minutes. Also I do not remember running into any fees or extra charges while using it.
Cons
I really wanted this software to work out but I was never able to fully benefit from what it offers. I have been in business for more than ten years and have used several invoicing platforms without problems. The biggest reason I chose this one was the promise of same day and next-day ACH transfers but that never actually happened for me. I gave it multiple tries and every time I ended up getting a generic email saying the transfer could not be completed after an internal review. It seems like the software has a lot of potential but not enough follow-through.

The customer support has been excellent and the software offers really good value for the price. I chose it mainly because of its account management capabilities and that has been a worthwhile benefit.
Cons

One thing that really stood out to me is that there's no subscription fee and signing up doesn't cost anything either. It has been especially useful for handling international supplier payments and I also liked being able to bundle multiple payments together into one transaction.
Cons
Since I have not used it very heavily yet, one limitation I noticed is that the integration options feel somewhat limited. Also it doesn't include built in invoice creation and sending features the way QuickBooks does.

The platform is still fairly simple to use and if you're only handling a small number of bill payments, it works without much trouble.
Cons
Quite a few features that used to be free now come with extra charges. Such as need to send a check? You pay. Want to use a credit card? You pay for that too.

Melio tool is easy to use, even without much accounting experience. I especially like being able to send ACH payments and the option to pay by credit card even when a vendor doesn't accept cards directly.
Cons

Honestly I don't have anything positive to mention.
Cons
Please avoid connecting it to your QuickBooks Online account. I've dealt with delayed payments, unhelpful customer support and a lot of wasted time in chat because of compliance-related problems. Their process seems completely inconsistent too as one day a payment goes through and the next day the exact same vendor gets rejected.

This tool is pretty easy to use. The interface looks modern and it's simple to navigate. I also like how clearly the payment delivery dates are shown when choosing between options.
Cons
The pricing setup took a little time to understand at first since the fees can be somewhat confusing when you are new to it. On the plus side some payments come with no fee which is a really nice bonus.

The reminders help me stay current at all times. It has made the whole invoicing workflow better by keeping payments sent and received well organized and accurate. Plus being able to combine several invoices into one payment has really sped things up and saved me from processing each payment individually. Every tool it offers matches what I needed.
