“It is pretty awesome

Pros

Traveling is something that is not a problem for me anymore as it quickly updates me on any changes so I can adjust accordingly without stress.

Cons

I have noticed there is not much flexibility when it comes to customizing things from the user side.

I find it quite amazing and helpful having everything related to travel and cost tracking in one central platform.

We have been trying to roll out a cost control system using Navan but honestly, it's been tough to implement smoothly.

The thing I enjoy most is the interface as it is simple, smooth and takes the stress out of booking travel or hotels. Plus I like the deals and perks you can earn especially when business trips turn into rewards for the next one.

Cons

Well the only part that I did not like about it is when booking trips for more than one person. As you have to fill in traveler details just to search hotels which feels unnecessary. It would be way easier if we could browse options for multiple people first.

Pros

What I love about Navan is how easy it is to move around in it and upload receipts. Also it is designed in a way that makes handling expenses feel effortless.

Cons

The onboarding gave me a bit of trouble at first but once I got through that everything has been smooth sailing and really easy to use since then.

I use this tool daily for both my job tasks and travel planning and it fits well with how our company works.

There is genuinely nothing I like to complain about when it comes to this platform.

Well I really like how simple Navan is to use for our team. Even employees with minimal tech skills have no problem using it.

The user experience is excellent. As not only the dashboard is clean but up to date and works great on phones too which is often not the case with similar tools I come across.

Sometimes support can be a little slow to reply and we hav had a few bugs that made submitting requests a bit of a hassle.

Navan interface is modern and easy on the eyes. Also I like the many ways it lets you compare options and the reward system adds a nice bonus.

I wish there were more filters and better visuals when browsing hotels. As for now these options are a bit limited compared to other travel tools.

Their travel support is simply the best. As any last minute flight changes we have needed were handled quickly and without hassle.

A few times I booked a rental car that showed a low price upfront but when I picked it up, the final cost was 3 to 5 times higher. Now I stick to specific rental brands. As they said they could not control the pricing that gets displayed.

We rely on Navan for all things travel and expenses. It is pretty simple for anyone to book their own trips and log their expenses right after.

Well managing the system as an admin is not easy. It feels to me like the admin features were not really designed with usability in mind.

Navan software is quite simple and loaded with features that make travel and reimbursements for our employees really easy to manage.

I have had a great experience so far and have not run into any problems while using it.

Pros

Booking trips for work and logging expenses through Navan is so easy. The layout is also user-friendly and everything just makes sense. I would say it is basically a complete travel and expense management system in one.

One issue I have noticed is that the search results for flights or hotels do not always show as many options as sites like Google Flights or Expedia and even those that have better pricing too.

It has made a huge difference in how we handle travel costs per trip. From scheduling to changes everything is clearer and better organized. And thanks to the special rates we save a lot too.

No complaints at all from our side as every booking has come with clear, accurate info. No errors at all and their support staff has always been very helpful and polite.

Pros

Honestly I did not like using the app at all and only stuck with it because my company required it.

Cons

Navan often suggests routes that do not make sense like weird layovers or higher prices than what I can find elsewhere. And I got so frustrating with it that I asked my company if I could stop using it altogether.

It is a great solution for booking business trips and the way it connects with expense reporting is something I like a lot as it is smooth and simple.

Our team really wishes there was a way to book Airbnbs through the platform as that would be quite helpful.

I have used Navan for both work and personal travel and it has been useful for both situations.

It is a bit frustrating that I cannot personalize my travel plans as much as I like as the options feel limited.

Not only is it easy to navigate but it also comes with a really nice interface. Also there are lots of booking and expense options to choose from too.

You can only use the travel options shown in Navan and in some cases that makes certain destinations way more expensive than necessary. There are extra fees too so you really have to check things carefully. We skipped using it on a few trips because of that.

What I like is how everything�s in one place as no need to compare prices across different sites like Kayak.

Some of the smaller third party travel deal sites especially for hotels are not included which I did not like.

Navan is very user friendly and gives us access to discounted hotel rates when we book through it which is a great perk.

One thing that bugs me is you have to manually clear old filters from previous searches or you will end up seeing a really limited set of results without realizing why.
