I guess the only thing is that the team is very far away and I can't send them a fresh coffee and donuts to show my appreciation.

Pros

The platform is very welcoming and highly logical. It also works perfectly with Quickbooks. Also the team is fantastic and skilled as they are always ready to help and work through any questions or worries.

Pros

Being able to adjust the program to record the details that matter to us has been a total game-changer. Everything about it has been simple, the help desk is great and friendly and the cost is absolutely worth what you get. I'd strongly suggest it to any business wanting to monitor and organize spending.

Cons

its logical and simple to get around. It has a fast purchase approval system and helps users keep an eye on budgets in real time, sending warnings when limits are near. The mobile app adds to the whole experience giving you the freedom to handle purchase approvals and buying tasks from anywhere.

Cons

While it offers basic report functions they may not be as thorough or as easy to use as some people would like. Another limitation is that the system won't let you save a purchase order if there's no budget assigned. This makes you create or change a budget first which is time-consuming and can interrupt your work.

outstanding and customizable

Pros

This platform is outstanding. It can be shaped to your requirements which is a big plus and the extra functions like scanning papers to save time when making orders and attaching bills really help. I bought it for my company which never had a purchasing tool and nowww all staff love it and it's so easy to use. Incredible Customer Service that is truly the best. Linking with your billing system will save your accounts group time too.

Getting around the platform feels very natural and the layout is simple to follow. The purchase approval process is fast and it makes it much easier to monitor budgets in real time with alerts as soon as spending limits are reached. The mobile app adds a lot to the overall experience too since it gives the flexibility to handle approvals and manage procurement tasks from anywhere.

Cons

The reporting tools cover the basics but they are not as detailed or as user-friendly as some people might want. Another limitation is that you cannot save a PO when there is no budget available so users have to create or update a budget first. That extra step takes time and can interrupt the workflow.

fit for purchasing

Pros

Procurement Express has been an excellent addition for us. One of the biggest advantages is how well it can be tailored to suit your specific needs and the extra features make a real difference. The document scanning, in particular, saves a lot of time when processing POs and adding invoices. I bought PE for my company when we didn't have any purchasing system in place before and the whole team has taken to it really well because it's very user-friendly. The customer service is also outstanding, honestly among the best I've dealt with. Being able to integrate it with your invoicing system is another huge plus and saves time for the accounts team as well.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any complaints about this purchasing tool. Nothing comes to mind that I dislike.

So far using it has been very simple and the customer support ever since we got started has been absolutely incredible.
