“Simple navigation that just works”
Pros
Navigation feels very simple and even though I'm not especially tech-savvy, I was able to get comfortable with it quickly with only a small amount of training.
Cons
Don't really have any complaints. I use it for a fairly limited set of tasks but within that scope it works very well.

“printable forms and quick support”
Pros
Getting started with it was simple and the response time has been consistently quick. The printable forms are definitely a feature I really appreciate.
Cons
The printed text is a bit too small especially for older users like us.
