The platform feels secure and I can always return later to add notes when needed. Even though I don't use it very often the system is still simple to navigate and the steps for creating a PO are simple to follow.

The issue isn't really with the software itself but with the approval process from other team members since it can sometimes take days before a PO gets approved.

Well I think the website and system are genuinely simple to get around.... nothing feels hidden or confusing. They're effortless to operate day-to-day and any process that requires steps is laid out in a way that's easy to follow without any guesswork. It all just flows.

The support team is also very responsive whenever help is needed with setup or troubleshooting. Having purchase requests, approvals and tracking centralized across departments makes it much easier for multiple team members to access, review and approve purchases efficiently, while also improving transparency and accountability throughout the procurement process.

One thing I'd still like to see is the punch-out feature supported on more platforms, similar to how it works with Amazon.
