secure purchase orders

Pros

The platform feels secure and I can always return later to add notes when needed. Even though I don't use it very often the system is still simple to navigate and the steps for creating a PO are simple to follow.

Cons

The issue isn't really with the software itself but with the approval process from other team members since it can sometimes take days before a PO gets approved.

Pros

Well I think the website and system are genuinely simple to get around.... nothing feels hidden or confusing. They're effortless to operate day-to-day and any process that requires steps is laid out in a way that's easy to follow without any guesswork. It all just flows.

Cons

No complaints I think it's good. Each screen is clear and guides you step-by-step from placing an order to getting the final bill.

welcoming layout with live budget

Pros

I like the very welcoming layout particularly for beginners. It provides live budget and expense details which is a huge help for financial planning. It also works on mobile which is very handy.

Cons

The personalized report function needs work as the current version has limited options for creating specific summaries. Also adding AI help could be another improvement.

My time with the platform has been great. It lowers the chance of late or forgotten payments and makes getting approvals simpler reducing time spent on email chains. It lets you place and follow orders fast, cutting down hold-ups while automating routine jobs to free up time for more important buying choices. The quick support team is always ready to help with setup or solving problems. By bringing all purchase requests, approvals and tracking into one place for every team, it allows several people to view, check and authorize purchases effectively creating clarity and responsibility across the entire buying process.

Cons

I wish the direct buying feature worked with more websites similar to what's offered for Amazon.

Faster approvals

Pros

Working with ProcurementExpress.com has been a really positive experience. The platform helps prevent late payments and missed invoices and it makes the approval workflow much simpler by cutting down the usual back-and-forth over email. Orders can be placed and tracked quickly which helps avoid unnecessary delays and the automation of repetitive tasks leaves more time for strategic purchasing decisions. The support team is also very responsive whenever help is needed with setup or troubleshooting. Having purchase requests, approvals and tracking centralized across departments makes it much easier for multiple team members to access, review and approve purchases efficiently, while also improving transparency and accountability throughout the procurement process.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is the punch-out feature supported on more platforms, similar to how it works with Amazon.

attentive staff and user-friendly tool

Pros

We find it simple to operate and the staff pay attention when you need assistance. It is also easy to find your way and is super user-friendly. Not sure what else to add.

Cons

Some simple jobs should be easier to finish like switching who requested a purchase order or the budget it's tied to. Reports can sometimes take a while to create. Occasionally the system is quite slow but overall it's a great system.

PO creation and learning is fast

Pros

The simplicity of making a Purchase Order and how fast we learned the application. Our company needed specific details configured for us and that was done rapidly.

Cons

The document scanning feature is great except when you specifically go to the Purchase Request section and fill in the details it sometimes gets scanned as an invoice instead. The fact that we can't make certain changes ourselves and have to contact technical support is a limitation.

Getting around this tool is simple and the platform is simple to use overall. The layout is clear, navigation makes sense and the whole system feels user friendly. On top of that, the staff is attentive and ready to help whenever support is needed.

Cons

A few basic actions feel like they should be simpler to complete, such as changing the requester on a PO or updating the budget. Report generation can also take a while at times and occasionally the system runs pretty slowly although overall it's still a very solid system.

quick purchase orders setup

Pros

Creating purchase orders is very simple and getting comfortable with the application didn't take long at all. We also needed some specific information configured for our organization and that was handled quickly.

Cons

The scan feature in the Purchase Request works well overall but when you go directly to the Purchase Request tab and enter the details there, it ends up being scanned in as an invoice instead. Another downside is that we can't make certain changes ourselves and have to contact tech support every time.
