Pros

Using all the features feels very simple which makes this app essential for running a business. I'd honestly be lost without it.

Cons

I do wish for a faster way to reconcile since that's the part I enjoy the least in QuickBooks Online. It's not that the software makes it hard but it does take more time than most of the other tasks in the application.

Switching over from our old product was incredibly simple and the software guided me step by step through the entire transfer. The process was quick and completely accurate. Logging in is simple, it stays up to date all the time and overall it has been an excellent product.

I honestly can't think of any downsides. It's been an excellent product.

I can log in and use it from practically anywhere in the world which makes it really convenient and flexible.

At times pulling up the exact data I need can be a little challenging.

Financial reporting is highly customizable. It's also useful to be able to turn class or location tracking on or off, set automatic reminders for overdue invoices and categorize transactions efficiently in batches.

The push to keep improving the system sometimes results in changes that actually make the workflow less efficient. Most recently, it stopped pulling in numbers from bank details and replaced them with XXX. That has made it much harder to match invoices to payments and categorize transfers since I now have to log in to the bank to find information that used to be available right there.

Pros

It has been a big help for collaborating across departments and it gives us the flexibility to work outside the office whenever needed. It also makes it convenient for our accountant to step in, review everything and provide guidance. After the initial setup is finished and the team is properly trained, entering data and generating reports becomes pretty simple.

Cons

Getting it up and running does take support from someone who already knows the software well. Without that kind of help during deployment, the average manager would probably face a fairly steep learning curve.

Pros

This tool helps our company track and report financials accurately while keeping everything efficient and organized.

Cons

No real complaints here. It is a bit complicated at the beginning but I wouldn't consider that a real downside.
