“Simple for Accounting”
Pros
The one main quality I like about this tool is that how well it connects with tons of other software platforms and the navigation is incredibly easy and user-friendly.
Cons
I'm not a fan of having to manually hunt down and reclassify payees since there's no built-in feature for that. Also wish there were more ways to sort through the payee tab when I'm doing books review, the current options feel pretty limited.

Cons

“Great but has limitations”
Pros
The good thins is that I can use this remotely with my bookkeeper which is really convenient for me. It makes connecting with other people super easy and also we can stay on top of tasks without being in the same location.
Cons
The payroll system really isn't built for expanding companies. They couldn't get my W2s to upload properly, so I ended up manually entering hundreds of them myself which was frustrating as you can understand

I really appreciate how user-friendly this platform is, our clients are thrilled with the easy online access thanks to the cloud-based setup. The accounting dashboard keeps things simple yet effective for our needs and bringing new clients onboard couldn't be smoother. Since I use it every day, I've found that connecting with other software through bank feeds or GL mapping works easily. The chat feature is fantastic and honestly, the customer support team is just awesome.
Cons
The software works well for smaller operations but once your business grows or you're managing multiple entities, you'll quickly outgrow its capabilities and need something more powerful.

The simplicity od the interface is really admirable and doesn't take long to figure out. Setting everything up was easy, I had it running pretty quickly. For handling our daily bookkeeping tasks, it works perfectly. As a small business owner, this hits all the right notes for what we need.
Cons
Customer service can be inconsistent, while they get back to you quickly, I often have to explain my problem to several different people before getting it resolved.

I have found this amazing that how easy it is to begin accounting journal entries for new entities that need their own balance sheet. There's an impressive range of ready-to-use functionality right out of the box. The banking API connectivity is great and the connection to factoring accounts across North America works well. The pricing structure is really competitive for companies of all sizes and different use cases.
Cons
The accounting ledgers are tough to customize which can be frustrating. While the audit log with time and location tracking is helpful for monitoring contractors, I really wish there were pre-configured GAAP/IFRS forms available for audit and securities reporting, that would save so much time. The connectivity to resource tracking tools like inventory and fleet management isn't reliable either and I keep running into sync errors. Also, the instructions for per-project accounting could be clearer since it's easy to accidentally create duplicate partners in the system.

I can't find any real advantages to this software. The only thing it has going for it is brand recognition which honestly just comes from being one of the early players in online accounting.
Cons
The invoice design feature is misleading since you can't actually customize them properly. Basic work details and customer info like purchase orders can't be added which is frustrating. When I called for help, support was literally googling answers while talking to me, they clearly don't know there own product well enough.
