Pros
Refrens platform is simple to use and comes packed with useful tools. Plus having a dedicated relationship manager is a great help if you need guidance during the initial setup.
Cons
The free trial only lets you create 15 invoices. Since this is such a fundamental feature, I think that limit should be a bit more generous.

What impressed me most was the clean and logical interface. It makes handling my company's finances very simple, even for a person like me with no accounting experience. The invoicing and billing system is also highly effective, letting me create polished invoices in moments and monitor payments as they happen. Overall it is an ideal all in one accounting solution for small and medium-sized companies.
Cons
One drawback I have found is that the reporting features are not very flexible. And for deeper financial insights, I would need more options to customize reports for my specific business requirements.

This is the best accounting web application I have used so far. The interface is very fluid and the best part is the incredibly fast support as they resolve all my questions in under an hour.
Cons
As an early user, I come across quite a few small bugs and I also feel we could use more options for personalization.

Cons
It is still developing which means the community is smaller and there can be some clutter. Also it is missing a few of the advanced tools you find on bigger, more established sites.

The best thing is that it is simple enough for anyone to use even without an accounting background. They also have a great free plan and reasonably priced premium options.
Cons
I feel like the recurring payment system could use more automated options. I would also like more design choices for templates. Plus the desktop version works better for me than the mobile app.

Pros
Managing invoices is not an issue anymore. As it is simple to handle quotes and then turn them directly into invoices. The interface is also easy to navigate and with the Pro plan, you can even send invoices and quotes through WhatsApp. Plus keeping track of client information is incredibly easy.
Cons
It does not work without an internet connection which is a downside. Also I cannot add deductions in the main field and have to use a separate box for it which does not seem logical.
