The best tool for my daily work

Pros

This is the best tool for my daily work as it handle all my invoices and receipts. Plus as a self-employed lawyer with many clients, it makes tracking everything incredibly simple and keeps me completely stress-free about expenses. The price is also very affordable and when you break down the daily cost and consider the discount I received after a year, I am absolutely thrilled. The support team is also the best and always available, day or night.

Cons

I do not have a single complaint. I think it is a great product and the best accounting software I've ever used.

fast invoicing & all-in-one client management

Pros

Refrens platform is very user friendly and allows me to generate polished invoices in no time. It also combines helpful tools like tracking payments and managing client information all in a single, convenient location.

Cons

Some of the more powerful tools like in-depth analytics, extra customization and specific app connections are locked behind the paid plan. So this can be a bit restrictive for new freelancers or small startups that might not have the funds for an upgrade. I feel like including a few more of these features in the free tier would add a lot of value.

Simplifies invoices and payments effortlessly

Pros

My favorite part of Refrens is how it simplifies handling invoices and payments so effortlessly. The layout is clean and user-friendly which saves me a huge amount of time. I also like the professional appearance of the invoices which really helps establish credibility with my customers.

Cons

Honestly there is nothing significant that I dislike. If I was forced to choose something, I would say I'd like more connections with the other apps in my workflow. But for what I need, it performs perfectly.

everything i need in one system

Pros

Everything I need such as quotations, billing, inventory and CRM is integrated into one system. So I do not have to struggle with multiple different applications anymore.

Cons

The options for placing images in a quote are a bit restricted. I also find the progress tracking on the CRM page difficult to use.

very simple for managing invoices

Pros

Managing invoices and accounts is very simple with Refrens. Overall the software is thoughtfully designed and easy to navigate, even without any formal accounting training. Plus I can create sleek invoices, track outstanding payments and maintain all my client details in one centralized spot.

Cons

I feel like it would be much more helpful if the balance sheet feature was part of the premium package instead of only the top-tier plan.

Pros

The platform is remarkably simple and easy to use. I can create and handle invoices, prepare quotes and turn those quotes directly into invoices with just one click.

Cons

Outstanding value with a wide range of features

Pros

I receive a tremendous amount of value from Refrens. No other service provides me with such a wide range of useful features all consolidated in a single platform.

Cons

To be honest I do not have any clear criticisms. My only small wish is that my local currency would remain as the default so I would not have to keep switching it back from another currency.

One of the most user-friendly platforms

Pros

This is one of the most user-friendly accounting platforms I have used and I liked it from day one. I would say it is a dependable system that a company can truly rely on for all its financial management needs.

Cons

One thing I wish for is the ability to generate quotes and invoices as it is essential when running an established company or just getting a startup off the ground.

Love the design for generating invoices

Pros

I love its simple design and how easy it is to generate invoices. The editable fields are perfectly set up for creating custom bills and I am also a big fan of the final invoice layout.

Cons

When I export my invoices, there is a bit of a wait. As they get emailed to me in a ZIP file which I then have to download and extract.

I have relied on this accounting software for over a year now and I love how much time its invoicing and billing features save me as now creating and sending out a bill only takes a few seconds.

Cons

There is some room to grow in customizing reports and in making sure the mobile app has all the same features as the desktop version. For now it is good but has some limits.

Pros

Refrens makes it remarkably simple to put together professional invoices, proposals and estimates in just minutes. The dashboard is also user friendly, the templates have a polished look and automated features like recurring bills and payment alerts are huge time-savers. I also really value having all my payment and expense tracking in one place. The built-in CRM and lead management tools are a major advantage for an expanding agency like ours.

Cons

I'd be really excited to see more advanced connections with other services like WhatsApp, Slack and Zoho CRM. Also the interface is clean but having more control over the design of templates would be a nice upgrade.

Easy and simple to use

Pros

Using Refrens is way too easy and simple. And the thing I love the most is that you can manage every part of your accounting and financial dealings in one spot.

Cons

Pros

One thing I really like about Refrens is its clean and user friendly design which allows people without a technical background to find their way around and use all the functions with ease.

Cons

The free tier restricts how many documents we can create annually for example, to 20. Also the options for personalizing templates are pretty basic on the free plan and include the Refrens logo.
