Pros
Creating and sending bills to my clients is now incredibly simple. What used to take me hours, I can now finish in under thirty minutes.
Cons
The current selection of invoice templates is okay but I'd love to see a wider variety of designs to choose from.

Creating quotes is convenient and tracking them afterward is just as simple. It really stands out as one of the top invoice management solutions I've used.
Cons

It's so easy to use, makes invoice creation and management simple. Automation features like recurring billing and payment reminders are real time-savers. Having expense and payment tracking centralized in one spot is super convenient. The customization options let me brand my invoices perfectly which really boosted the professional look of my business communications.
Cons
Default currency format being set to rupees can sometimes throw me off especially when I forget to switch it to the right currency for my clients. I wish the platform could automatically detect or remind me to set the correct currency based on the client's location or previous settings. This would cut down on errors and make things smoother for both me and my clients.

I really appreciate how simple it makes handling invoices and expenses. The expense management feature is superb. Filtering GST and TDS amounts is easy which helps me generate reports quickly and track exactly how much we've paid in taxes. Sometimes we used to miss payments before but now I have complete visibility into everything so nothing slips through the cracks.
Cons
The dashboard reporting could really use some work. We need better graphs to compare our expenses against invoices and payments so we can actually see our profit margins. Would be great if they added employee categories and types to make tracking salary expenses easier. Breaking down expenses by category would be a nice touch too.

It brings together all the business management tools I need in one spot which is really convenient for a small operation like mine. The customer support has been top-notch so far, they're definitely operating at a higher level than most.
Cons
Sometimes the platform gets a bit glitchy and there are features they really need to add. What bothers me most is the "ENQUIRY" invoice in the services section. When clients reach that point, they want to pay for services, not make an inquiry. This needs to be fixed urgently.
